I both this after 6 years with my macbook. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Apple and there is still no improvement. I won't shut down. has problems running simple programs. It's a mess

Our whole experience is about "Quality". From the sales staff to the product in use at my home. Everything was great. Thank you Best Buy and Apple for another quality experience.

I'm not a real tech-kind of guy. I do know, however, that I haven't had problem 1 out of this computer yet. I went from an HP laptop to this, and I love it. Of course, there is a learning curve to deal with, but I've pretty much gotten it figured out. Everything is streamlined and connectivity is great, especially for use with other apple products. Like I said, I'm not a big tech person, but I can tell you for a regular person who just needs a reliable computer, this will do what you need to do.

I love it the only thing about it. There is no dvd drive and magic jack won't work on it but it's still a good computer. I should've gotten the 27 inch

Bought a I-Mac for my parents anniversary because i was tired of me and my dad burring through P.C, let me tell you something best investment i have done in a while, trust me when i tell you open your wallet and buy a Mac, (YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR THESE DAYS) !!!!!!

Bought this to replace an all in one HP that was 3 years old. I never liked it. Got a great deal on this-sale for 899.00 with price match for Micro Center. So easy to set up. It connected to wifi and found printer on its own. I don't know how it works but iPhone, iPad and Mac Air are all connected. Love the display, wireless keyboard and Magic Mouse. GET ONE!

I took my time doing research before my purchase. I was a PC user and switching to Mac. I wanted to make sure I could transfer Photoshop from my PC to a Mac, and it was just a simple chat with Adobe. So I was at Best Buy a few times prior to my purchase of the Mac. Cody was very helpful and informative and answered all my questions. The day I bought the Mac, Nikki helped me and she was very informative also. This location at Mid Rivers was sold out of the iMac but we we able to pay for it here and pick it up at the Chesterfield Best Buy. Everything went smooth at both Best Buy locations. When I got home, the Mac was very simple to set up, as all Apple products are. Once I downloaded the Mac version of Photoshop the real power of this computer was revealed. My PC was so slow to open this program, as my computer got older it slowed even more. On the Mac Photoshop opens in the blink of an eye. Looking forward to taking more pictures! As long as you can overlook the price, this is a great computer. I like to run a lot of programs at once and do moderate video editing and so far i've never had this computer lag on me. really beautiful display as well.

I really love Apple products and I love this computer especially. I bought two for my home for everyone to use because they seem to fit anywhere you want to put them they do just about anything you want.

my daughter tried to get me to change many moons ago but I did not want to. I always had trouble with my old computer and one day I was really disgusted and changed. I like the big screen , the brightness, all the helpful items that tell me what to do if I have any trouble. One of my grandchildren seems to be interested in changing from his and I am encouraging him to do so. A great item. I also love my new square mouse.

If you looking for an easy computer that will do everything you need and more....Apple iMac is the way to go. Easy to use, an app store that will have any app for business or personal, Extremely great looking computer and best of all only one power cord. No messing with all kinds of cords, this computer only has one power cord so your all set. Powerful, great graphics and excellent sound.

This is my first time switching from PC to Mac and I’m In love! It was so easy to pull right out of the box, plug in and done. I am now a loyal customer. I recommend it for the student, family or small business owner.

Never did I suspected to love this Mac. Easy to operate easy to install my son loves the desktop so much everyday after school. The first thing he does is turns on the Mac. Now Im a Apple lover.

Set up was easy. I have the mac book pro. love it. decided to get away from away from windows. my wife was not pleased. she only likes the iPad. over all easy to use. I really like the way mac's are simple to change setting and customize the overall set up of items.

As a frequent user of both PC's and Macs, I have to say that I always prefer the Mac. It's easy to set up and use, and it always just works! Any accessory is a snap to begin using. Even the minimum iMac is more than enough computing power for most users. The screen seems bigger than the 21.5" in the name. It is bright and sharp even if it isn't a Retina display. Beware that the newer generation of computers often don't have a built in disc drive. Most Apples and PC's are heading towards having everything imported to your computer via WiFi.This model follows that trend. Adding an external drive is cheap and easy (around $40). I bought this one for my parents who are both in their 80's as an upgrade from their 8 year old eMac. With a little adjustment to the newer OS, they were up and running in a very short time.

I SWITCHED FROM SAMSUNG ALL IN ONE DESKTOP PC TO AN IMAC. I HAVE TO SAY THAT IM VERY IMPRESSED. TRANSISION IS EASY ANS FLAWLESS. VERY EASY TO USE. HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS. HIGHLY RECOMENDED. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED.

This is my first Mac. I have used PC for over 20 years and yes I like it. You need to download the Maverick opertating system right away in order for this machine to work properly or otherwise you will feel some connectivity problems. I wish apple has provided at least the same pixel size as they offer with their 27 Macs but still display is beautiful and non-reflective. Sounds is really great. I don't need Bose speakers right away with this thing. It is indeed fast however, the boot up time for this base model is a bit slow because of the 5400 tmp disk. Best Buy is a good place to purchase it because they have the best technical advice and price for this product. I didn't use the trackpad with this computer yet but plan to do so ... let's see if I can get some better user experience with that. Overall, this is a good buy. I am happy with it so far.

Bought this before the new year. Great computer. Little expensive compared to windows but its not made out of plastic. Easy to set up out of the box. Runs very fast, smooth and easy. Keyboard is perfect wireless sleek also user friendly. As the mouse is to wireless and also is very slick with the touch features it has. Would buy again!

I was looking for a Mackbook but when I saw this iMAC, I totally fell in love with it. Very glad that I bought it.
