First apple computer. I have iphones and ipad since the first ones released. but always scared to pay the money to jump into an apple computer. Now that I've experienced it no looking back.. it is awesome. not much of a transition to learn the apple either. LOVE IT..

I had a MacBook pro for several years and purchased this as a complimentary machine. Great primary computer for regular mac users.

I love my iMac. I chose 21' as 27' is too big for me. I am satisfied with my choice, but it is a late 2013 version, which has not updated much since. Also, it is not Retina screen. I wish 21' also has a retina versino.

Finally a computer and operating system that just works. See you later Windows machines.

Really happy with purchase of the iMac 21.5" - the widescreen is great for spreadsheet use and the clarity is incredible. Enough memory for any application and more than enough storage for business or home use. The thin profile is not only attractive but allows for use in a smaller space. Would recommend this product!

I used to own a Mac Mini core i7, ti was a laptop in an ashtray. I own a MacBook Air and now the iMac, for most of the programming I do (Unity 4.x) and the programs I use (join.me and Skype) are managed well in memory, everything, including animation stays fast and smooth. I'm not a fanbois, I also own an 8 Core AMD machine with a crossfire board and two R7 graphics cards. The iMac is smoother managing the above listed programs. For gaming, it's the AMD Beast, hands down. for DirectX 11 calls, it rules. In all other areas it is nowhere near as smooth as OS X 10.9.4. Apple has been developing this OS for a long time now. They took two GPL projects (BSD and OpenDarwin) and wed them, no Windows kernel will ever be as good at multitasking. The iMac, even in Boot Camp or parallels does not handle games well. I guess that's why I have an Xbox one, This is a good 21.5" machine with a great design, display and power usage. It's quiet and does it's job attractively and seamlessly. The Quad Core i5 gives my all the power I need, really. It's a good machine, totally worth it.

Fast and quite computer! Moving from pc to mac is not that easy but as an ipad user, you gut used to it.

I have been through 3 laptops in 6 years and not even that much usage on them. I always told myself the next computer WILL be an iMac and i finally got one! This computer is freaking awesome!!!! Not only does this computer look sleek and high end its fast and does everything I need it to do and then some.

Great product overall. Expensive, but, you do get what you pay for and that is an outstanding computer!

This is the computer I bought to replace my laptop. The best computer I have ever purchased. Its a bit expensive but well worth it. Its easy to use and set up. This was my very first mac computer and had to learn how to use it. Graphics are pretty good and would seriously recommend this computer.

You will never buy another computer again, only Mac's! My husband and I fight over who gets to use it! We love love love it! Got it $200.00 off on Black Friday, doing the 18 months no interest payments, enough said. Best purchase we have ever made, next to our Macbook Air! Once you go mac, you don't go back:)

Bought this desktop for my parents and they loved it!

I don't consider myself a PC or Apple faithful and I have worked with both for work and play. I am about performance. I made the switch to Apple because I do a lot of musical instrument recording and my PC/Windows set up was meshing well with my recording software. This is not the issue with this Apple desktop. I am very happy with the screen size and graphics quality. The OS is excellent not only for my recording needs but for other misc. home office use. I did add a virus protection software despite other Mac users saying it wasn't necessary. The only sticking point with me is that like all Apple products, this desktop is pricey. However, you're paying for quality and you're going to get it with this unit.

Once again Apple has proven to me they are worth every penny I spent on there products I have the Mac book pro, I pad S , and the I phone 4s ( still works great !) As for me when it comes to making my choices for work tools or entertainment, I do not go "CHEAP" I demand quality and great service .....and I have found that in my Apple Products today thus Far ...

I took the plunge after total frustration with PC devices and recommendations from friends. I bought my iMac in 2/2014, and I'm just getting around to this review, because I've been too busy and enthused with this Apple product. Was a stubborn PC man before, but I 'm not looking back now!

I wanted a small all-in-one desktop and this one is perfect.

Great screen and it does what I expected it to do from iMac.

I bought this computer a couple days ago first time owning a apple computer. Very easy to learn and I love the set up how everything is compared to windows 8.

My wife and I debated for a long time before we finally pulled the trigger and purchased our new iMac. It seemed like a lot of money for a desktop computer and we were not really sure we wanted to go to the Mac platform. After owning this computer for 1 week we realized we were wrong about Apple. Out of the box the keyboard and mouse linked up without any problems and all the software loaded with no problems. My kids have used it everyday and my wife and I are constantly fighting over who gets to use it. Do yourself a favor and try this out, you will not be disappointed.
