I had always heard that a Mac was so much better than a OC but that they were prohibitively expensive. It is worth the extra money.

We bought the middle level Mac allowing for the extra ram, hard drive size, and a stronger graphics card that will allow the computer to not go out of date as quickly as the lower base model might. Powerful and we purchased during tax free week which helped greatly on the total price.

We are loving the IMac so far. We have only been using it for about 3 weeks and are still getting use to it as it is different from a PC. But we are glad we made the switch. The monitor is super crisp and so far is easy to use.

This computer is compact and has a large clear screen. Great for anyone with an iPhone. Love that it is easy to use with all Apple products.

I came in to upgrade my old 2009 MacBook. I love this desktop. With limited space in my home it's great to have an all in one with just one power cord and all wireless connections.

We are extremely happy with our first Mac! The set up took less than 10 minutes and the iCloud made all saved information easily accessed, quickly. It has been a very reliable computer and we are incredibly happy with this product.

I consider myself a tech dummy but this apple computer is so simple to figure out even for a beginner Mac user. Tutorials if needed provide step by step instructions and easy to follow directions. Enjoying my new computer!

Replaced my 10 year old MAC with this one, easy setup, used Time Machine Backup to load over "data" from the old one. After using the new IMAC for a while, it made me realize how many issues the old one was having with lack of memory, storage, slowness, etc. Should have upgraded sooner.

Overall I am very pleased with this IMac. The graphics are very clear and it is user friendly, even if you are used to a windows based system. I do wish it had a touch screen since all our other Apple products are that way. I find myself trying to touch the icons instead of using the mouse!

I bought this computer for my daughter. This IMac replaced a 13" MacBook Air that quit with the blue screen of death after 3 whole weeks. The IMac has performed flawlessly, and should serve her for several years to come. Fast, plenty of power, good storage capacity-what's not to like?

First, I would have to say our salesman, Derrik at the Eau Claire store was amazing. He showed my us a number of different computers, and with no hesitation had a knowledgable answer with every question I asked ~ I could not stump him ~ with that being said. . . I bought a Mac. With the demo he gave us, I was very impressed with the simplicity of a Mac. Navigation is pretty slick and easy and I like having the apps so available. I'm still learning. . . but loving it! The speed is there and I couldn't be happier.

The iMac we bought is everything that we need in a computer... It's fast and has great graphics... We have all apple products, so everything is integrated... The only kick is... I would have gone bigger on screen size, although 21.5 is big... There is always bigger and better

This is my first Mac. I had it out of the box and set up in minutes. Very easy. I am a senior woman who is not very technical. This looks great on my desk. Love the fact that it is wireless. Love the big screen.

Beautiful display combined with plenty of memory & storage and a terrific price made this one of the best and easiest purchases I've made in a while. The bonus was the quick and easy initial setup and configuration..

Imac is probably the best all in one computer. Takes up very little space and has a fantastic display. The only caveat is that it doesn't have a touch screen display like some of the other all in one PCs but ts a very minor complaint. After owning the product for over a year I can say that the booting speed and processing speed hasn't suffered much compared to day one. It might be little bit on a expensive side compared to other all in one pcs but remember you are also buying into the APPLE service as well. Overall very solid computer, highly recommended. *I know there is a slightly cheaper 21.5 imac with slower processor and less storage, but I highly recommend buying this particular model since there is "no way" to upgrade the components.

First time buying a MAC and very happy. Had the iPhone, iPad and everything else Apple. So it was time to switch. Once I got it all converted I have been happy. So far worth the price. And I am sure if I ever had time to figure out all what it can do I am sure it would be.

Love my new Mac. Easy startup, easy navigation, no bulk, easy to transfer data from old computer to new one. I always wanted an Apple (started with an apple GS, signed by Wozniac, and finally my dream came true. I even love the feel of the keyboard. Guess there will be no going back.

i love my apple products because they are easy to use and now I can sync my iPhone Mac and iPad and share information between all three. Everything is wireless minus the power cord and that's also a great feature!

This was so easy to pull out of the box and plug in the power, turn it on answer a few quick preference questions and its up and running.

This is our second iMac and the first purchased from Best Buy. Apple is always great and Best Buy has proven to be a reliable source for quality equipment at reasonable prices. We recommend both Apple and Best Buy!
