This is my 5th Mac in 15 yrs. Have had 3 of their previous desktops, still have their laptop. This new desktop has many upgraded features. I've previously used Chrome as my search engine until this one. It was suggested by BB sales clerk and GS tech who helped set it up in my home office, that a lot of mac lovers use Safari as search engine. Seems to have given me a whole lot of problems by using it. Also, my big phone co. wi-fi seems to not like this computer; continue to have lan outages. I might have to go back to cable for internet service! - I've got the internet provider coming out & the GS, again. Some frustrating things that I can't figure out, being a retired (not extremely computer-savvy) senior guy. Previous same brand desktops never had these issues. Don't know if it's the dsl wifi from provider or what? Should hopefully resolve it by next week. - As far as the sales and tech staff at the Columbia, MO Best Buy store, I can NOT compliment them enough. Extremely helpful, answered over 30 questions I had before I made this purchase on 5/2/15. - The store managers were also very helpful. - This is one of Best Buy's top stores in our university town (busy). Knowledgeable and very helpful staff. (As a former sales person, customer service manager & former biz owner, I'm familiar with "whatever it takes" to please the public!) - This location of Best Buy has "whatever it takes" to satisfy clients with questions or issues. Have bought a lot of things from them in past 8 yrs. - I'll definitely return to buy more from this store in the future...

I have an iPod, and had an original mac in the 80's. Don't know why it took me so long to come back but I love the clarity of the screen and the ease of operation. Works smooth, easy to add software. Fast and efficient.

I love the camera, the speed, the compact size. Very easy to set up. I recommend to a friend.

Amazing computer. Between my new mac & my apple iPad, I am no longer frustrated or overwhelmed. Apple support team is awesome.

Since this is my first move to any apple products, at first it was frustrating trying to learn how everything worked. Now that I have learned, I love this computer!

I needed a computer for work. My mid 2010 Macbook Pro just wasn't cutting it anymore, so I ordered online and picked up in store the next day. Great performance from the computer, just as I expected. No complaints!

This is the first Mac I ever owned other than my I phone. Had a windows computer but got sick of slow moving video and buffering. Found out our internet needed up grades but this apple is making this upgrade scream.

Apple products are made to just work and this iMac is no exception. Yes you pay a little more at the outset, but it saves you time, headache, and aggravation by building the hardware and programming the software that goes with the product creating a solid performer that is intuitive and works as stated. You can't go wrong with this iMac.

I'm not much of a computer guy but so far, the computer seems fairly easy to use. It did take some getting used to, always having used a microsoft computers before. When I did have issues, Geeksquad squared me.

I was in the market for a new Mac and this was the perfect time to buy. Well it's always the perfect time to buy anything at Best Buy. Overall everything is works great with the Mac and I couldn't be more pleased.

I returned this 21.5" model for their 27" model...This computer is really quick. May I suggest purchasing a CD/DVD disc burner & player for downloading anything that you cannot get off the web (music, photos, etc).

I got this for my wife's business and I couldn't be happier. I've been a PC guy my whole life and windows 8 caused me to finally make the switch. There's still a bit of a learning curve but this Mac is awesome!!

Unbelievably easy to set up. Light pressure on key strokes. Can work for long hours with out feeling tired at the hands or eyes. Love it! I ask myself "what was I thinking, not giving Apple a chance long ago?".

A great Mac desktop for all purposes. Large screen size, fast processor, great graphics.

Best computer I have ever owned, always had problems with computers with the Microsoft operating systems locking up and doing things in the background to slow it down, not so with the iMac that I have noticed.

This iMac replaces a Sony desktop PC. Although I would generally avoid an all-in-one I'm not too worried since it's Apple. I used the Bootcamp utility to setup a Win 7 partition since I need it for my day job and that works well too. The lack of a DVD/CD drive is OK with me; I have a Mac Book Air too and I bought an Apple SuperDrive the I can use with both units (and I really don't use a DVD/CD drive too much these days anyway). Yes, you pay more for Apple products but in my experience they are worth it.

Love the size, speed everything about it. My daughter talked me into "Mac" and I am not too computer savvy. This has been a breeze to use and acclimate to.
