The setup of the computer makes finding programs very easy. The top bar functions change according to which program is being used enhancing the ease of program functionality. Exceptional visual quality. Great wireless capabilities and the wireless devices work as well as plug in devices. Don't have to worry about viruses. Should have a cd/dvd drive built in which it does not. Price is too high. Built in speakers need improvement as far as quality and do not go loud enough.

Setup was so easy it only took me 15 minutes from opening the box, carefully removing the computer, plugging it in and getting online! The whole "neat" and wireless design of this Apple product is awesome!

This computer was so easy to set up, took me only 5 minutes to hook up everything including email, wifi, and also my printer.

I looked at all models of the iMacs and chose this one because I was looking for a simple yet powerful desktop with a lot of storage. If you are looking for a simple yet fun computer, I would recommend this one

Very good computer style but little slow hard I'm in to pc Little hard to control mouse

This iMac is used by all family members. This is our first iMac. My husband and I are in our 30's and our daughter is 8. All three of us had a good time trying to find the "on" button. It was actually pretty funny. The best buy staff member showed us all the cool things except how to turn on the computer. So far, we have created a family movie, budgets, printer photos and love this computer. We have not had a problem with viruses so far, that was the main reason we decided to get a Mac computer. Our old windows laptop always would get viruses even after purchasing protection.

It is all in one and so very easy to move around. Love the wireless mouse and keyboard. I also love the flexibility of the electric cord. This prevents it from being damaged easily. Great on virus protection.

This computer was very easy to set up right out the box, very gorgeous computer and very fast, i definitely recommend this iMac

Apple products are amazing. From the 10 minute out of the box to sitting down to use it to the performance and preinstalled software, a Mac simply can't be beat. It comes preinstalled with Pages, Keynote and Numbers, items you would have to buy with the 'other company'. It works seamlessly with iCloud and all your iOS devices (iPad, iPod, iPhone). I use my Mac for work and pleasure. I don't have to use expensive and annoying virus protection. I don't know why anyone wouldn't go with Apple.

We had not replaced our home computer for a number of years - the Mac system we purchased from Best Buy has been extraordinary - a significant improvement in operating speed and the graphics are fantastic!

Excellent desktop. Easy to setup. Am an apple lover and enjoy every single device I had bought. The desktop has everything I was looking for. Great tools for my son school projects, easy to learn and follow thru.

As a first time iMac user, I can't believe it took this long to get one. This machine is great and very user friendly. It synched up immediately with all of my devices and has been lightning fast every in just about everything I've thrown at it. If you've been on the fence, this runs circles around Windows and without the headaches that comes with learning a new Windows every year + viruses.

This is the best computer I have ever owned. My family and I were able to get used to the MAC quickly. Since buying my computer, my mom has bought one too.

After years of using PCs this computer is not even comparable. I have used ios products for years which made the transition smooth. There is a learning curve to using some of the native software like pages.

This computer was bought out of necessity, but I'm glad I got it! And Best Buys prices are better than Apples, so it was a help getting it via Best Buy. Was in and out of the store within 30 minutes too.

I was hesitant to switch to an apple because i was so comfortable with PCs but the transition has been super easy. Apple makes everything easy to understand and navigate. I am so happy with my purchase :)

I use this computer for putting things together for my job as a teacher and I find it very reliable, easy to use and fast.

I'm already an Applehead but this desktop was literally the icing on the cake! The speed, power, and performance is uncomparable!!! I even pitched my sorry Galaxy 4 to go back to the IPhone. Im a happy camper!

I'm so happy I got this computer so easy to use. I like this better than a PC. The sales person we had was excellent. My son has been wanting me to get an apple computer for years and I'm glad I did.

Even though I am still learning things about this computer, I am finding it easier to switch from my PC to the iMac than I thought it would be. I am enjoying exploring the many things I can do on it.
