Purchased two for use in our Church office. Easily set up for our network & time machine backup. Users have never used an Apple before, but had no issues after approx 1 hour training session. Makes me want to abandon my home PC & purchase one for personal use.

Best Buy was "The Best". We shopped three separate stores that carry computers. They had the best price. The most knowledgeable personnel. The best support - which we've already used. Including an introductory class. The employees at Best Buy are respectful, upbeat, attractive and knowledgeable. We will not go anywhere else in the future. They also transferred the information we wanted from our old PC to the new one for us. We had a Dell computer before - the Mac is so much easier to use. I love the way it's organized. Everything makes sense. The monitor size is perfect. The programs and apps are wonderful. The security is fabulous - now we don't have to purchase additional security programs.

I switched from being a die hard PC user. Takes time to learn new system. However, am blown away by the clarity and resolution of the display. Love what I am figuring out so far. Still finding out the differences and how to do what I want to do.

I was a little concerned about going from windows my whole life to the apple iMac.But so far the transition is fairly easy,some little quirks to get used to but it was a smooth transition and I am very happy with this product the short time I have had it.

I've always wanted a bigger screen and when I saw this was on sale, I had to get it. I had a mac book pro 13 inch and it just hurt my eyes and I wasn't on my computer as much, but after I bought this...all I do is go on the computer. And it's so pretty.

I am a retired software technician for a accounting software company. Spent years on a Windows environment computer and moved to Apple. Yes, it took a learning curve moving from Windows to an Apple computer, but it is so simple and secure. The thing that is most important is the customer service for a product you buy. I have spent a large part of my working life in Customer Service. Apple's customer support and representatives are by far the best. Their professionalism, knowledge, and desire to help are superb and will always be from the same respective country that you are calling from so there is never a language barrier. Yes, a little more money, but well worth the product and support!
