Have had a few technical difficulties with things like using the itunes (songs disappearing from phone after syncing with computer), transferring photos from my iphone, using sound files off of the internet (that used to work automatically on my pc but needs some sort of plug on the imac, geek squad person spent a lot of time working on that remotely and told me she got it working, but after we disconnected, it's still not working)and utilized both Geek Squad assistance and Apple Care(90 days free comes with it). The inconsistency with getting competent help with both of these services is a little frustrating and is tarnishing my experience with my new computer. Some of them are so knowledgeable, while others just waste your time, trying to figure out how to help.)Overall, there are many things to love about this computer, i think it is user friendly for most things, and i like the icloud features, making it convenient to coordinate photos, music, and emails on all of my devices. I like that is has a huge amount of memory, and the sleek design. I think I am going to love it once I get through the learning curve of how to use it.

Awesome desktop computer

My old Mac laptop wasn't nearly as easy to set up when it came to email, etc (we never did figure it out). But this was super easy to link to my hotmail and gmail accounts. A great computer.

Nice all around computer

Has a decent processor just wish best buy would sell with ssd or fusion drive options. I ended up with the 27 but this computer probably would have done all I needed for the next 5yrs if did a memory and ssd upgrade on it. I'm sure I would have been happy and kept this computer if I had not bought both getting spoiled by the larger screen of the 27.

Great computer!

The only bad thing it doesn't have a cd drive. But I bought an external drive and it's perfect! I'd recommend the computer to anyome in the market for a MAC.

First Mac for me.
