A very reliable and easy to use computer to set up and use

No need to hesitate when it comes to buying a mac just make sure if u use disks alot to buy a disc drive or make sure you have access to a digital copy as this computer like most others does not come with a disc drive

My new iMac was a good purchase as it replaced an 8 year old Mac. As I'm not much of a computer nerd, I had the Geek Squad out to the house to do the initial start-up and installation and it was well worth the money.

I have all other Apple devices except for a Mac. It has taken time to make the switch from Windows but it's pretty intuitive. I still had load Parallels so I could run some of my Windows software such as Quicken (the Mac version is awful). The connectivity with my iPhone and iPads is great and seamless. Love the simplicity of the hardware.

Think about it, either spend $500-800 on a Microsoft and have to replace it in 2 years or less, or buy a product that is worth every penny. Mac is the way to go!

We had 10 year old HP laptop and it crashed. So, we researched all computers and bought a Apple desk top. Best choice for us.

We are new to Mac. We waited for a while just thinking about how different Mac is after many years with a PC. Would it be easy to learn and of course, the price! Macs are more expensive then the average PC, but so far it's worth it. We paid a little more up front but this Mac is built to last, as far as learning the Mac, that is coming to us slowly but surely. In time, we are confident we will become pro's with Mac.

Apple has consistently provided solid products. I have been buying Apple Computers since 1985. This latest iMac does not disappoint in any way. From intuitive interface, ease of use, superb dependability it will suit for casual family use right through to video editing. Unless you're a high-end demand media professional you cannot go wrong with this iMac....and I know a few ad agencies who have them as well.

I had never owned a mac computer before but in shopping for a new at home desktop was shown this computer by a best buy worker and fell in love. At first I was worried that I would not understand it, given that I've only always used Window PC'S but it was surprisingly a lot easier than I thought it would be. The mac is so organized, very easy to navigate through, and has so many wonderful programs like numbers, iPhoto, iMovies, etc.... I will never have another computer that isn't mac!!!! thank you best buy

This is my first Mac. Windows was the only OS that I have ever known prior to this purchase. After a week or 2 of adjusting to a new OS, I'm not sure I'll ever go back to Windows for a home computer. Great product!

This is my 1st Apple computer. It was pretty easy to get used to although I still have a lot to learn. The all in one feature is really nice. The keyboard is small and easy to use. The mouse is really good. So easy to use with a lot more features than my regular mouse.

This is my 2nd Mac and I'm very happy with it. With a 5T external hard drive I can store audiobooks on the external drive leaving plenty of room on my 1T Mac.

I recently switched to Apple computer from the Dell family. So far very happy with computer. Super fast for what I do which is pretty much e mail and lite surfing of web. Ready to go out of box. I did buy the extra service (Geek Squad) and was happy I did because I had to hook up new printer and learn to transition from Dell to Apple. The service guy was excellent and totally knew his stuff. I would recommend this extra service from sure. I wish the keyboard was backlit, but can't have everything.

Once I got the computer home and set up, it is working awesome for me. it was a good fit.

Made the leap from PC to Mac after many years. Very happy so far. Great purchase experience, sales people very friendly and knowledgeable. Apple rep even told is to come in afterwards if any questions arose.

I could not be more pleased with my I-Mac. It was simple to set up and is a definite improvement over my old windows laptop .

Great product for the price. It's not as customizable as a PC but runs just as smooth.

The computer is very useful and reliable. It has been a great addition to our new home.
