My husband and I never have iMac but we love it. Easy to use, set up and amazing screen and sound.

I love opening the box plug in my computer in and it pretty much being ready to use. I have had no problems with the product. Great customer service on buying it from Best Buy.

I was not sure I wanted to purchase a Mac but the picture clarity could not be denied. I have it synced with my iPhone and iPad so navigation was easy. Glad I made the switch!

For several years I have been using an iPhone and iPad and loved them both. Thought it was time to go Apple all the way so purchased an iMac. After a short learning curve I am very pleased with the functionality and ease of use. Do not care for the magic mouse that comes with it but easy to find another brand of bluetooth mouse that works great.

The computer is as advertised. My one complaint is how long it takes the computer to recognize the bluetooth mouse after turning the mouse off then on. I turn it off when not in use so that the battery doesn't die too fast, and it can take the computer a minute or so to recognize it again when reactivating. Not a huge deal, but molding annoying.

This computer was very easy and set up to use, it was used to replace an old HP laptop and the upgrade was very noticeable. I would recommend purchasing the apple keyboard and mouse to go with this.

It's an Apple. Simplicity at its finest. Very user friendly.

This, as in every apple product never seems to fail. All programs work. All software works. This is my 3rd Mac. Never issues and no looking back. You won't regret the purchase.

I bought the iMac to complete my Apple electronics. I love everything Apple -from the ease of use to the clarity of graphics. Using Best Buy to purchase my computer gave me the confidence that I would have the best service possible if necessary. I have had few problems with any Apple product, so it's hard to compliment customer service as a whole, but the requests for assistance, when necessary, have always been positive.

I love it. It's really fast but I wish it has a disk driver

Great iMac! Coming from a MacBook to this... The higher end with Retina display, doesn't seem to matter. The picture quality is 1,000 times better than what I had already.

The mac was the best way to go for a computer. And buying it from Best Buy was easy and the sales person was very helpful.

There have been some problems. The wireless key board didn't work also the mouse. The emails are blocked occasionally, and the messages already there are not able to delete. Very disappointing. Geek squad back twice.

I've had an iPhone for years and recently bought an iPad. It was only a matter of time before I bought a Mac. The design quality from the Apple iMac is amazing. The screen is beautiful and the software is perfect for me. I'm never going back and sticking with apple from now on. I use it for simple internet browsing and photography. I also bought the Microsoft office program for Mac and it works better on here than a regular PC.

As a loyal long time PC user, this was my first foray into the world of Mac. I can honestly say that I will probably never go back to a PC. Once I figured out how the OS works, I was amazed at how seamless and integrated all of the products worked together. Once I got past the sticker price, I now pledge allegiance to Apple and will slowly start to incorporate all of my tech items into Apple products. Take the plunge!

Is a space save computer you don't have to deal whit wires.

This has to be the best purchase I've ever made. It works nothing like pc's. When you use a iPhone, both products are unbelievably efficient. Everyone should own a Mac
