This is my first "Apple" computer. I was used to a Dell so this was quite bit different. The techs helped me thru every question I had!

Love the machine. I was a little put off that it is a "late 2013" in the "About this Mac' which I bought in 2015, but the software is totally up to date Yosemite, so I guess everything is great. I guess it would have been nice if someone told me it was an older model (by today's standards)

In the past Apple products have been reliable, so that's why we went back to iMac. Have yet to prove they are still dependable since we've only owned this a month or so. Wish it had a cd burner-it is available for purchase separately. Wish the keyboard it came with had a numbers pad. One annoying thing that is noticeable now, is the mail app is very slow retrieving mail from our cox account. I don't know why, but things will be sent to me at a time I know they've been sent, and it can be well over 30 minutes before I get them - even when checking mail every minute or so. We are hoping the reliability will make it worth the extra that it cost to purchase an Apple.

It's simply the best computer we could have purchased. best Buy staff worked hard to give us the best deal possible- they delivered!

This is the computer I have been waiting for and finally thought to go ahead and purchase it. Apple provides great products and exceptional customer service. If you are on the fence about buying this computer you should put your mind at ease and just go for it. You will be amazed at the speed and quality of this computer whether for business or home use.

My Imac has been perfect for my needs! I usually just get the 400GB but this time I got the 1TB & it's perfect. Worth the upgrade.

Love the iMac but wish it was able to hook up to any printer like most other computers. Will not recorecognize our cannon printer

Just switched to the Mac after years of windows. Sleek, easy and fun to use. Especially enjoy the seamless integration of iPad, iPhone and the Mac. Photo management is painless and easy with the Mac. Great purchase. Great product. Don't know why it took so long to make the switch but sure glad we did. Customer service at Best Buy was outstanding.
