    I wish I had switched to Mac years ago. got tired of the PC computers needing so much anti-virus software that it gets slowed down. also have had all PC hard drives fail.

    I love this machine, but I wish the video streaming and multitasking were better. Experiencing skipping and lags depending on what I am doing. Not sure how much is network and how much is the mac, but not optimal.

    I cannot believe how easy it was to set everything up on this computer. I even transferred all my account information and files myself. Setting up email was ridiculously easy. I'm now looking forward to going full-on apple as the different PC products go "out of service"

    While this iMac is really more machine than I need, I wanted a reliable all in one to minimize wiring, clutter, etc. really happy with product. It takes a while to understand some of the differences in the OS operating system but no big deal. Only negative is the price.

    I am a long time Dell user. I had an Apple II E back in the 80s, but had to switch operating systems because of work. Having a Mac has been such a change for the better. I am very happy with this computer. It is very easy to use. I am loving being back with Apple.
