I love my new iMac computer. When I come upon something I don't know how to do, I call the Apple Support and they walk me through it. They are wonderful. I love the way my new iMac interacts with my iPhone and iPad. I am so happy that I went with the iMac. Great product....

After having Microsoft based products for a long time, we decided to go with an iMac for the home. Couldn't be happier with the product. I would recommend this computer to anyone that is contemplating switching to Apple products. Easy to use and it's just a great product.

My step-son has been hounding me for a while about going from Microsoft to Apple. I finally took the plunge. A bit awkward at the start, since I've been used to the old Windows format, but learning a little more each day. Great buy, as I bought an 'open box' item.

This is my first Mac computer and I love it. The difference in control took a day or two to get used to. Now I am loving all of it. It is easy to use, sync, set up wi-fi, back up, parental controls, and security. I can't see ever going back to a windows based PC again.

Apple products are more than Microsoft could ever hope to be. Windows 8 is a TOTAL DISASTER. I owned a Dell before I bought the Mac, I'm sooooo disappointed I didn't buy a Mac 3 computers ago. Lesson learned.

This is my first Mac computer and I am very pleased with it so far. There is a learning curve coming from a PC usage but the free 90-day customer support is great from Apple. Definitely take advantage of that. So far so good with the computer. It is fast and I hope it will stay that way for a long time compared to a PC. Nice screen, sound is not the greatest from the computer and is my only criticism of the computer. But nothing some good speakers can't fix. You won't be disappointed with this purchase!

Easy to install and set up. Had a problem with the first one purchased in printing but evidently it was broke and the replacement one is great. Nice photos, faxes and receives fax without problems and scans and reprints or sends to computer or even add to an email.

I am getting used to it and learning all new things different from my previous iMac which is 10 years old. Wish it had a CD player. The screen is clear and so easy to enlarge text so I can easily read.

I've always had windows computers. This was my first Mac. I have an iPhone, and iPad, so everything syncs beautifully. I was impressed by the ease in finding functions, and almost everything I get frustrated with has an easy to find solution online. Loving it!

It has been a pleasure using this system and I have no issues what so ever. The screen is fantastic and offers the clarity I need to edit photos and the resolution gives me the screen estate needed to work on multiple apps at the same time on a single desktop.

Ive always wanted to try a Mac. When my Dell crashed I decided to try a Mac. I wished I would have went with the biggest screen, and the fastest available. There is definitely a learning curve although I knew that before I bought it. My mac is not as fast as the Dell I had, but I like the operating system just as good. The fact that Macs tend to last a good bit longer than normal P.C.'s was my deciding factor. One downside would be that several programs are not Mac compatible. So far so good.

Great computer, good screen size for editing photos. If you do a lot of editing, you may want to go with the 27", but for everyday purposes this one is great.

Over the years, we have had Dells and HP's. People would tell us how good Macs were but we didn't understand paying that much more when the Dells and HP's were fine. However, what we have found is that the others need updating frequently and servicing once a year. So far, the Mac is far superior in quality, speed and just being user friendly.

My daughter advised me to just bite the bullet and pay for the increased cost to get an apple since I was very frustrated with crashes and viruses on my previous home computers. I have been very happy with an IPad for years, and she has had her mac notebook for 7 years without ever a hitch. I took her advice, and have been pleased so far with the result. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

My new iMac was very easy to setup, and I love its slim and sleek design. The screen resolution is awesome, and the speakers/sound are amazing. This iMac is the perfect companion to my iPad and iPhone, and I look forward to using it as my new main computer.

First time using iMac and is very friendly user . love working with it. So far the only problem was during set up, it froze and when I called for assistance got very annoying being transfered so many times and very upsetting to have representative hung up on me. Had to call back to finally get help. I hope this is not an indication of bad service for future problems that might occur.

This computer is incredible. First Mac. Am excited to see what this thing can do. It is already impressing me with it's speed and seemingly knowing what I want to do next ability. Found a friend.

Although we've only had this computer a little over a month, we love the Apple iMac in almost every way, but I do wish it came with a CD/DVD drive included, whether installed or portable, and I wish the USB ports could at least be on the side or bottom rather than the back. I am also not thrilled with the very basic keyboard included - no number pad, no delete right key, but it's adequate for a non-typist. We also have a brand new HP Windows 8.1 OS PC, and the setup and performance pales in comparison to our new Apple iMac. What I wouldn't give for my work programs to be compatible with the Mac.

I've been considering a Mac desktop computer for some time now but with it being pretty pricey I mainly just researched this as an option until my dell laptop became completely useless to me. I do have an iphone so the fact that the two connect has been a huge plus to me and it's a pretty neat feature. It took all of 2 seconds to set it up, I love not having the bulkyness of other computers and everything all in the monitor. As for the unit itself, the picture quality is terrific. I do a lot of photo editing so I need to see the little details in every photo. I'm still learning how to use every aspect of the computer itself as I've never had a Mac computer before but I haven't found anything that makes me regret buying this...yet. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that I've had the computer only a month or so now so I cannot justify giving it a perfect rating until maybe a year goes by.
