We have owned at least one PC since 1985. Our boys grew up using them way before they were a staple in schools. However, this is our first Mac. What a great machine! If you can't figure out how to do something, their help actually gives you the solution! BTW: The salesperson in the El Cajon Store who helped us make this selection was fantastic. She answered every single question we had, and every answer was clear and concise.

The screen is beautiful! The display is very adequate for watching movies and plenty of room for my applications and computing needs. I see no need to upgrade anything, so the iMac was perfect for my needs. I am not much of a gamer, but this machine should satisfy the extremist gamer.

Purchased Apple to replace our outdated Windows system, couldn't be happier! Nice product!

It was hard to switch to an Apple at first because the simple tasks such as copying and pasting are completely different. Once you get the hang of it , its a great computer. Plus you must buy a 1 or 4 year Microsoft program in order to have excel. Overall a great purchase.

Had initial trouble upgrading to the new X software but now working smoothly first time user with Mac instead of PC some learning required but otherwise fast and easy to use

I'm very pleased with my new iMac. The unit is very fast compared to my Windows PC, and the Best Buy rep was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Plus I got a great price!

I have an older 27" iMac that is still going strong after 4 years. I bought this model for my wife and she's really happy with it. My only complaint is the lack of a DVD drive.

Once I took it out of box, 1 single cord to plug in and it was up and running. Solid computer with an operating system that just works. Display is super sharp and vibrant.

I bought this for my wife, she is a real estate agent. She is loving it. We make flyers and post cards for her business. I have a 24 inch iMac which I used for photography.

The computer was purchase to use for videos . We are planning to place in an area for our guest to use as well. Very light weight and can move easily even with the large screen

To install, easy to use. I purchased it for my daughter A Christmas gift and she was elated with the gift. We have had not a minutes problem and would purchase another one!

Originally purchased an iMac in 2009 and had a problem with the mainboard while under warranty, and again later after warranty was expired. Replaced that iMac with a new LED iMac, which is beautifully thin. Only item I may miss somewhere down the road is the CD/DVD drive, but have not had a need for it yet. This unit also has Bluetooth LE, which is great when paired with other Apple devices and the latest Yosemite OS.

The Imac is great looking and is great to work with. It's fast and clean. The only negative is the lack of an optical drive.

This is my first Mac desktop. I have an ipad and like it, so I wanted to try a Mac desktop. It was easy to set up and get started. I had some questions and called customer support and they were extremely helpful. The monitor has a great picture. I am very pleased with it. I am not a real computer person either. Overall, I am extremely happy with choice of a Mac versus a windows based system. I wish it had a disk drive.

I purchased the Apple Computer, it has everything I need. I am extremely happy with the purchase. I would recommend this model to everyone. Screen size is exceptional.

My husband and I have MacBooks...and I bought this for my niece and nephew (ages 13 and 9). They love it...had no issues with set-up and the graphics are fantastic!

We are new to the Apple family of products and the iMac computer is great! We love the overall performance and ease of use.

At home I have always used Apple products and they have always been reliable. I decided to switch my work computer over to Apple as well and I couldn't be any happier that I did. I have loved using my new iMac. It was so easy to set-up and install all of the applications that I needed including my gradebook. All of the iWork applications were free along with the new operating system which was also free. Even though the initial cost is more expensive, the total cost of operation is a lot cheaper than other options. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Everything I have come to expect from Apple, from the packaging, to the setup, to the performance and stability of system.

Great family computer. We have other Apple products do everything works seamlessly. Great hub to set up home theater with Apple TV and great to sync phones and iPads.
