Had a MacBook pro and iPad but got tired of using a charger. Bought this and it is amazing! The screen is perfect to do multiple things, has a huge hard drive, and is much fast than my MacBook. Desktops are making a comeback!

Because there are no instructions with the reader, I could not figure out how to set it up. I had to get help from the GEEK SQUAD. I have been using computers since 1970, and am pretty savvy about technical things. This is my first APPLE computer so it does take a little getting used to. I think going digital on everything is a bit too much.

Best buy was very responsive and was able to do a price match with competition. I was very impressed with the overall customer service especially the store GM (Jonathan Turak) @ Bollingbrook, IL who took good care of me and went out of the way to help me with one of the pending issues in an earlier transaction at a different store.

I have wanted this computer for a very long time and I'm really happy with it; however, a word to the wise. It does not come with a CD/DVD drive which is a bit frustrating if you do not have access to another computer with such capabilities. Other than that, it is a fantastic computer!

My first Mac; it's an adjustment after years of PCs. Have had a few technical difficulties with things like using the itunes (songs disappearing from phone after syncing with computer), transferring photos from my iphone, using sound files off of the internet (that used to work automatically on my pc but needs some sort of plug on the imac, geek squad person spent a lot of time working on that remotely and told me she got it working, but after we disconnected, it's still not working)and utilized both Geek Squad assistance and Apple Care(90 days free comes with it). The inconsistency with getting competent help with both of these services is a little frustrating and is tarnishing my experience with my new computer. Some of them are so knowledgeable, while others just waste your time, trying to figure out how to help.)Overall, there are many things to love about this computer, i think it is user friendly for most things, and i like the icloud features, making it convenient to coordinate photos, music, and emails on all of my devices. I like that is has a huge amount of memory, and the sleek design. I think I am going to love it once I get through the learning curve of how to use it.
