I love Mac products I have used it much looking forward to using all features.

I like my Mac used by the entire family for internet use.

Pleased. This item was still in its perfect condition n in plastic.

The IMac was a great purchase but the employees who helped me were rude an not helpful @ all. I saw 4 employees just walking around an it literally took me 15 minutes just to get assistance, plus I never got my free software protection or any ad ons it was supposed to come with..

This is my second Mac. I liked the relative ease is of the setup.

Very good and friendly service. Purchased an iMac.

Even though this was an "open box" purchase, we presumed that all parts were included, however we didn't receive the lightning charger for our mouse, and this is the first time we've needed to charge it since our purchase.

Paid full price for this iMac 11/2020. Generally pleased with its performance until today, when it would not boot up. After more than an hour on the phone with Apple support, I was told the hard drive is corrupted. Could not get an appointment to have it looked at for a week, meanwhile I have no computer (it is needed for both virtual school and work). It is unbelievable that a device that costs this much is useless in less than 4 months. I feel I should be above to return the device and be given a new one. And it stings even more that it’s now on sale.

The iMac 3 is terrific, but I was very disappointed that the Geek Squad couldn’t get to my set up for 2 weeks. I figured everything out myself and cancelled the visit.

Was sent home with no password to open the computer. Also Had lots of trouble transferring data. Took a week for Geeks to solve.

Something didn’t work like the should, wasn’t like new

The IMac I received was labeled as an open box item that was in excellent condition. When I went to turn on the iMac it displayed a folder icon with a question mark in it. I believe this means that the ssd or power supply was not working properly.

Great display and screen size. Runs fast and you can multitask

Bought Imac with internet security download, the download never showed up in my file. Called the stores in Madison 4 times, waited on hold for over an hour in total and could never talk to a live person. What a joke.

Stopped working on me :/ I wanted it to work I think it’s something with the GPU. Screen looks terrible at times like someone took a whole magnet to it and ruined the pixels.

You didn’t approve me for a credit card. We should have listed joint income. Paid for purchase with credit card. My Discover card has a 25k limit.

Received product and service in a prompt and pleasant fashion. Had to make a return trip because the keyboard I was sold did not work properly.

Geek squad canceled my installation and but me to the end of the line so I have no idea how this works

Did not like it gave it, so gave it away to my grandson
