Left me disappointed! Purchased this desk top mac along with 2 of the macbook air 13.3 laptops specifically for my kids (15, 10 & 6 (desktop for youngest) to do e-learning. I purchased it around August, 2020 and my about this mac says it is 2019. Anyways, this desktop has had more than a few times where we turn it on and it stays on the loading bar screen forever (although it says it will finish in a minute or two) or programs don't load after start up. I have had to unplug it to get it to work. We do not have anything downloaded on this PC, give or take less than 10 photos, and my student is 6 so she only ran TEAMS and maybe a couple of webpages for the assignments or to read during class breaks. I would NOT recommend this desktop, and much less for the 1299.99 I paid! Perhaps the version that has more storage or better processor? If you needed a mac i'd recommend the macbook air 13.3 over this junk.

Super easy set up. Typical quality of an apple product. Definitely worth the price.

Excellent computer. We have an older Mac and this is so much easier to use and like all apps products easy to integrate with other apple devices

Very unimpressed. Sorry I gave up on my 9 year old IMac. Have had Geek Squad involvement up front at purchase and three weeks after home installation.

I may have gotten a lemon; otherwise I can't explain the great reviews. This computer is sloooooooow. I'm not talking about running complex apps or programs. I may be running excel and browsing the web and this computer gets so confused and it takes forever to get simple work done. I called Apple support and after one hour of troubleshooting and speaking to 3 different people, all they said was, "Yeah, you just got a slow one. The i3 is not the best performer." Seriously?? What am I supposed to do with this large, overpriced TV screen now?

LOOL an intel i3 and 8gb of ram for 1 grand. You can build an insane pc that would take a dump on this for that price they overcharge insanely and net a lot of profit off these. They make 33-45% profit on these depending on which one you buy. The most expensive one they sell they make as much as 55% profit off it if you buy for retail price not on sale or anything. Make a different choice guys. Build your own pc. It’s super simple to learn and get the parts together and then you could run windows and Mac OS on it. Don’t give apple your money they have been gouging people for years. Also yes these numbers are correct. I work at home for apple so I know all the insider info. They send me all the latest and newest goodies for free I got the iMac, MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, and the iPhone 12 max. They don’t send the basic cheapest ones either. They are a good company to work for since they make so much they pay a lot and have insane benifits. They send me each new generation gear every year and their products are amazing and intuitive but they overcharge and I’m sick of these prices they are gouging hard working people for.

As my description says.... this is the worst mac/computer I've ever owned and its my 3rd iMac. The apps take MINUTES to open, Photos freezes after 5 minutes of use, one of my mail boxes never connects, and now all of a sudden my brand new computer can't get a wifi connection in the same location as my 2013 model????? Got a new router and had our cable service come out just to make sure... no dice. We bought this computer to ensure that our kids would be able to do school with the current Covid situation. Sorry kids, I guess you'll just have to use the iPad. Oh, and i'm forced to give it one star. NO STARS!!!

This advertised as newest model which may be true but they are using antique parts namely Intel Core i3. This computer is slower than my 2006 iMac. Love the little spinner because it is always spinning waiting for things to open. Very disappointed in this so called newest model. Sure it would be good for someone who just check their email.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. I’ve never hated anything more than this computer. Every time I try to print something it can’t find my BRAND NEW printer. The mouse and keyboard need charging which is extremely inconvenient. I wish I never spent the $$ I did on this pile of junk. My work requires a lot of printing and I can never easily print a document out.
