Best of all, you can purchase a yearly plan that if you need help or need a problem fixed you can do so for free. The screen on this product is fabulous. It’s so bright and colorful and very vivid. I’ve never had a problem with this product that I didn’t create myself and it is very durable.

iMac great, Best Buy not

However, I am very disappointed with the Best Buy service. It appeared the Geek Squad at BB had no idea what they were doing , and could not explain why the data transfer from my old Mac was not transferred as expected. Also, total lack of communication--I spent 20 minutes on hold, only to get a recording that they were busy, and hung up.
