Love it! Very easy to set up. Much faster than my previous iMac

I bought the last generation all-in-one iMac on sale. I teach online, so I use it every day. It's nice because it doesn't take up a lot of room on my desk, and there are not a lot of wires. I was worried that the keyboard was too small, but it sticks firmly to my desk and works pretty well actually. I don't really have any negatives except it is a little slower than I was expecting. It's still plenty fast, but takes a few seconds to start up or open a large program.

This is a great computer. I’ve never had an imac, or even a desktop in a long time. This does everything i want it to do. Setting up was easy just like setting up my phone. Something I didn’t think of at time of purchase was memory. I want the 500GB now. Not sure if ill ever use 256GB but i just worry cause videos and pictures.

My Imac product is first rate, and the performance has been awesome. The purchase was seamless with excellent customer service. I love Best Buy shopping, especially at the Nashua store. The only issue I had was activating the freebies that came with the purchase such as Windows and Office suite.

Fast computer and the display quality is great. My only complaint is that I could not get a straight or accurate answer from Best Buy as to what OS was loaded; Catalina or Big Sur. I think as simply told it was the latest version. In fact the computer was loaded with Catalina. Fortunately downloading Big Sur was not a problem.

Absolutely beautiful computer for home use. Very nice big screen! The price was excellent from Best Buy perfect timing! Purchased online then pulled up to Best Buy and the associate came out within 10 minutes and I was on my way home.

Love the size of the screen and the speed which it performs.

Amazing product, very easy to use. Excellent retina display, colors, brightness, very friendly usage. Good diligence on the part of the store. The delivery of the product had a little delay and they sent an email notifying it and mentioning the new arrival date. The dispatch of the purchase at the store was very smooth and well explained

I've been extremely happy with this purchase. When I bought it, I wasn't really happy with the price but it's been worth every penny. It's very easy to set up since there's only the power plug in the back. The computer runs really smooth and is very easy to use. My only problem with it is the location of the USB ports. The ports are on the very back of the computer, so if you have this against a wall it can be difficult to reach around and find ports. I did find some helpful accessories on Amazon for that, so keep that in mind when purchasing. Overall great purchase! Perfect for students, people working from home, and even gaming! I was very surprised at how well it could handle games.

Love my new iMac! I bought it to replace my 10 year old iMac that was definitely beginning to show its age. This new one is so much faster and has so many features and programs that my old one didn’t have. I got a great price on it and the Geek squad got everything transferred over to the new one.

I upgraded to this from a Mac Pro laptop and I love this computer. Fast , the bluetooth mouse and keyboard work great. I run programs that control different Ham Radios and rotors for antennas and the USB ports handle everything perfectly. This computer has made my Ham Shack run smooth

My daughter loved it so much. the big screen will no longer strain her eyes, she works from home and vlog as well so it manages everything for her and has enough memory for what she needs. it is also a space-saver for her little apartment.

I love the Apple iMac switching from a Microsoft computer is a world of difference. I truly enjoy the iMac it pairs easily with my iPhone to transfers pictures and documents. The screen is large and is easy on the eyes I would highly recommend purchasing this computer.

Power tool for creating digital art and video editing

Excellent desktop! Apples slick, easy, and always inventive design makes for a beautiful as well as super compact desktop computer. I purchased an open box that did not work and returned it and ordered this one with no hassles or problems. Best Buy and Apple have been a winning combination for me.

Like the lightness of this desk top. It is packed with programs to do what I need to get done. Able to add the MS word to it. Had a Mac since the 70's and have always like the ease of use. This one has more than I expected so I am learning what all it has to offer.

Excellent choice! This is my second iMac (first one, 2007) and I am so thrilled to have gotten it. It is not the latest model, but it still offered extra ports on back + runs perfectly, at a lower price. Thanks Best Buy for offering this option during Black Friday.

Great all in one computer for the MAC world. Nice size monitor and a complete package, would recommend and purchase again if i had to.

Amazing recent purchase long overdue, but worth the wait. Sleek space-saving design and the latest tech upgrades make this a great investment for working at home! Pics/vids become a whole new experience with Retina display and it provides quicker adaptability with a more user-friendly navigation.

Having always been a Mac user, it was nice to be able to get an update after more than a decade with my old Mac mini. Yes they are horrendously overpriced, but Best Buy was offering a closeout sale on this model that was very enticing. The sales people, with the exception of an older gentleman, weren't particularly informative or enthusiastic about making a sale, but the transaction was fairly easy. As it had to be sent from another store in Tampa, it took quite some time for the actual receipt of the produce.
