This was my first purchase of an IMAC. Being someone that loves Apple products I was a bit underwhelmed. It is a good computer just not a great computer. Pros: A nice big 4K screen. At the sale price of $999.99 it is a nice deal. Good storage options. Decent speakers and inter connectivity with other Apple devices. Good webcam. Cons: It does not have all of the apps that IPHONES and IPADs have. It is not very fast. Even though it’s not slow it is not up to the task of handling demanding software. Ultimately if you are looking to simply have an Apple computer it is a good buy. It looks nice and has a great build quality to it. Again the screen is stunning. However it’s use is limited because it doesn’t support a lot of software. Overall I wasn’t overly impressed after having it for a couple of weeks. I put the computer through its paces and saw no use for it beyond the great Apple esthetic. Unless you just need a bigger screen an IPAD or IPAD Pro is a better recommendation.

I always wanted to own my own and see what the hype was all about. I’m still learning the commands and features, but overall Im glad to say I really enjoy using my iMac.

I love this thing. Such a great computer for home. I only use it to online shop, check email and do our budget but for all of that it is perfect.

Switching to an iMAC environment after working in a Windows environment I thought would be a challenge, but the transition has been fairly smooth. I do like the MAC and do recommend it.

I am glad I bought another MAC. Just wish I could get help. Help that the GEEK Squad promised. This computer was easy to set up and works fast. I would really like a bigger keyboard. I have trouble trying to navigate the spreadsheets on Numbers. Very frustrating. I did connect the back up. Do not know how or when to connect the charger for the keyboard and the mouse.

The intel based iMac desktop is well known to me and the one that I just purchased from Best Buy was a great value for the money. It works very much like the replaced iMac and suits my needs. I do work from home video calls and primarily need word processing as my tasks. So far my only complaint is on video calls some clients complain of poor audio reception on their end. I’m not sure if that is a me problem or a them problem, never had many complaints of this nature with my 2013 vintage iMac.

Love this computer. Fast and efficient. Wish it came with windows but love the efficiency. Still have to get used to the smaller keyboard and smaller mouse but its great.

This is the first time I’ve have this kind of desktop computer and am still working out all the differences with this system. Love the screen size and Bluetooth mouse and keyboard.

You can't ever go wrong with buying an iMac. I bought this computer to use in my work office and love the speed. I hate windows computers and how slow they are.

We've been a MAC family for a long time, so when the old one got too old and slow, we upgraded to this new iMac. It's faster, and has a beautiful big display. Our old mouse needed battery replacement often. I'm hoping the new mouse has a better battery life. No DVD player in this model though, which I did use to copy videos to DVD before. Now I need another DVD device.

Great computer at a special price with a wireless keyboard and a wireless mouse plus cables.

Very nice and reliable computer. To me very pricey but definitely worth every penny. I did save 200 because it was on clearance but apple should give more clearance on their products.

Great computer! Ive needed a new computer for I haven't bought a new computer since 2012. It was definitely time to get an upgrade.

This computer completely met my expectations. I was also very impressed with the ease of Curb-side pick-up at Best Buy. I was literally in the parking lot for less than five minutes.

Has been phenomenal with all the programs ran for a student and an entrepreneur. The quality of the image and speeds are excellent for the price.

Overall my experience with this iMac has been wonderful! I've always used MacBook Pro's since 2010, so this is the first desktop computer I've owned at the age of 30. It's the same OS as Apple's notebook computers obviously, but the design is fantastic! The 21.5 4K display really pops and the SSD runs quickly and silently. I've yet to really put the 8GB of RAM to the test as well as the Radeon Pro 560X GPU so we'll see. The accessories are some of my favorite. The magic keyboard has really nice key travel and the mouse is slick and intuitive to me (I know I'm in the minority with that opinion). Both of them have great battery life. I only wish there was a silver and black option for both to match the desktop. I would've given this purchase a 5 star rating, however it was listed as "Open Box Best Buy Certified Excellent". Which means it should be in perfect condition and have all the packaging as if it were brand new... well this did not have ant protection on the display at all... none. Luckily there aren't any scratches but the stand does have a small black scratch so there's that. Step up the "Geek Squad" inspection a bit and this would've been a 5 star rating. Other than that, I love the computer.

Bought for a WFH position. It is great! Soo much quicker and more efficient processing in comparison to my laptop.

Works great and bought at on sale. No complaints. My old imac lasted 10 years, hope this one performs as well.
