Delivery was prompt and I was informed several times by email on delivery. I was concerned about shipping a Apple iMac by truck but it was well packed in double box and in great condition. I had it up and running online in less than 15 min.. 3rd time I've ordered from Best Buy and no problems. This is a good thing and price was right.
