This machine has obviously been reduced in price to decrease inventory. However, it is an outstanding computer system. Pick up was fast and easy—typical Best buy!

Having been exclusively "Microsoft"-centric for as long as I can remember, I was somewhat apprehensive about the learning curve. But, set up and use is a snap, and plenty of user-friendly apps available making the switch a stress-free experience.

Great desktop, and much more convenient space-wise than the Microsoft versions just because everything is all included within the monitor. Still learning all of the wonderful things it can do!

Once you get used to the differences between Microsoft to Apple this computer is enjoyable especially because it able to connect to other Apple devices.

I could not believe Best Buy ppl would think apple ppl are so dumb to think that once you purchase an apple computer that we would need you Best Buy to load programs—- why do you do this— to make yourself look good — it does not.

This thing is amazing! It took a while to get used to the Magic Mouse. I prefer the trackpad from my laptop and will likely get one some day, but the mouse works well. Took some getting used to, but works like it should.

Our iMAC is easy to use and upgrades our home technology ability. We now have three iPads, two iPhones, and the iMac. It all works well together. Staff from bestbuy and Geek Squad were professional and very helpful.

This computer was essentially a perfect replacement for my wife's old iMac. I was disappointed it was not feasible to upgrade the memory. However, it was nice to find a 2020 21.5" iMac at a reasonable price.

Its a big change, going from a laptop to an upright desk model. So many things I need to get used to. I'm on a learning curve. One feature I do not like, the keyboard is too small! Smaller than my 1983 big, boxy Apple and the 3 laptops I've had since. I'm making lots of errors when typing as I often hit 2 keys at once. It's been many years since I used a mouse, track pads are so much easier. I am adjusting.

Love it!! This Apple iMac is perfect for my home office! Great features and lot's of options to choose from! The support is quick and easy with any questions. I recommend this product!!

Finally purchased my first Mac! It’s amazing as expected. I’ve used an iPad Pro over the past few years and Windows for work. Mac operating system is a bit of a transition but overall user friendly and high quality.

This computer is continuously amazing us. Our family has always used apple products but never owned an iMac until now! We love it. It’s fast, easy to use, and easily connects to our existing Apple accounts!

I am a huge Apple fan. I have to have apple everything lol. I need something bigger then my MacBook and this definitely did the trick. Thanks Apple for the great products!!!!!

Love my new Apple Mac desktop, love all my Apple products, phone, iPad, desktop, they all sync together. Was very easy to set up my wireless printers with my Apple Mac. Ready to learn about all the features my computer has!!

I purchased an iMac for my wife. She absolutely love her new desktop computer ! The key board & mouse are really nice ! Now I have problem, will she share it with me, or should I purchase from there again ;-))

Love, love, love! The wireless keyboard and mouse are a plus. I use the desktop often so I really only charge them maybe a month or 2 later.

Works as advertised .. got the Microsoft 365 also .. Would Be nice if you could Get this with a bigger ssd without having to wait for 6 weeks ... added a 1TB Samsung external ssd to run it .. I don’t use the cloud

I love this desktop so much. I should have gotten one long time ago. Quality sound and the wireless mouse and keyboard is awesome. Still trying to get used to the IOS set up though.

It’s a great pc. Doesn’t take much space and no cable mess. Looks elegant
