We are not very computer literate but we are learning more every time we use our computer. It has so many useful features and even more than I use. I look forward to working and learning on this computer.

Computer was in good shape. I chose the Best Buy certified option hoping that they would make sure it was clean and all of it was there and worked fine. I am fairly certain it said that they would make sure that everything was clean, but it was definitely not. Someone disgusting had this before me, and it really showed on the keyboard and the mouse. They were super sticky and covered in some kind of nasty goo all over the keyboard and mouse. The cherry on top? The charging cord that I received to charge the mouse and keyboard was far from a new "open box" cord. Looks like the person who had this before me had thrown their dingy, old lightning cable in the box. Gee, how kind of you. Not really worth the extra piece of mind to get the Best Buy "certified" version, when they probably gave it a quick glance and deemed everything okay.

I love my new iMac!!! My iPhone, iPad, and iWatch are all synced to the iMac and I love how the Apple technology can unlock my iMac when wearing my iWatch. <3 Do not hesitate to upgrade to iMac.

Just as described. Reasonable price. Not happy with the keyboard because I’m used to the number keypad on the right. So I ordered a different keyboard but other than that it’s a great buy.

Mac's are just so much easier to use than other PC's. Yes I'm an Apple homer, but I never have maintenance issues with my Mac. My Dell and HP were plagued by issues. Can't value the quality enough.

Great to have fast and accurate but still learning to use.

Best decision ever, pick up this used so received a great bargain, plus with Intel chip I can run Windows using VM Fusion.

I LOVE my new Apple iMac. The sale price and offer made purchasing this product when I need a no-brainer. Best Buy is GREAT. Apple is extremely user friendly with all their products.

I am very happy with purchase. My first iMac was purchased in 2010, gave me great service, expect the same from this one. I am 84 years old and my grandkids are envying their grandma.

I wasn't sure about getting an iMac but I'm so happy I did. I don't believe I will ever go back to Windows. This all in one was worth the month spent.

Definitely meets my expectations, fast, and lightweight

I love tje screen and Mac but hate the white small keyboard. It is very hard to read the letters and symbols on it. They need to be in black. I had to buy a PC black keyboard to use.

Wifes old 2012 imac was getting too slow so we got her a new one for Christmas and she is happy with the purchase. Set up was easy as well as transferring her data to the new imac.

We bought this computer to replace an iMac that was 11 years old, We continue to be very pleased with apple computers and hope this one is as trouble free as the one we replaced.

Got it for business use and it's great. Old one is 10 years old
