    Owned Macs for the past 20 years, love this iMac. Had the 27" previous and found that this model works just fine for what I need

    Apple is the best. It’s an excellent computer although I was supposed to get the 2020 model and was given the 2019 model

    Although most functions work well on my new computer, there is one major problem. It will not shut down. I have spent considerable time with two GeekSquad agents online. Both told me they had solved the problem, but they had not. I have never before been disappointed by an Apple product, but I am certainly disappointed by this computer. Now, I need to make an appointment with Geek Squad locally to take in my computer and see if anyone can repair it. If not, I will need to get a replacement.

    It is a very nice computer. My only complaint is the whole AppleID requirement to do just about anything with it. I'm sure I'll get used to how it works compared to Windows PCs. I'm not sure if I'll replace it with another Apple as yet.
