Excellent condition! So love with this product, I would recommend badly

I bought an apple 21.5 Imac two days ago. to find out that it was made in 2019. i thought since i was buying a computer in may 2021 that i would not be sold a model two years old. it was never advertised as an 2019 model. so buyer be ware!!!!!!!!

As good and functional as the new cheapest Imac with the M! chip.

It's working really well. I just wish I would of bought the bigger size monitor.

great machine -sound quality not good at all.love the power

I purchased this and immediately returned it. It wasn't what I wanted or expected. I ended up purchasing the 27" iMac which was definitely the right choice. The clarity of the screen was not up to par at all.

It good put,is hard with some programs not set up for apple .

Horrible product! Horrible Apple support who were reluctant to assist to CNET to my printer. Miserable mouse and keyboard require charging without method to know status of battery Mouse has no wheel to scroll down. Returned purchase. Enjoy Apple phones. Do not buy this miserable product. Apple tech support manager said he never owned a printer Apple does not make printers Purchased at desire if wife and family relative graphic designer. If your looking for mosey buy this computer I returned. Best Buy is Super major Fan. Would not recommend to an enemy.

I have always been a loyal apple customer, but my last purchase was the imac and i am not a fan. it crashes all of the time, and i have gotten to the point where i don’t even use it anymore. It’s only been used for about 3 months total. No product should last 3 months. Now it is outside return window. Even though i bought best buy beta and am a loyal member, there was no option to return, since i was 15 days shy of the return policy. Very frustrated to say the least. I have been through the process of apple care, updates, etc, and it’s “tough luck” from everyone i’ve spoken with.

how about a users guide? anything with help is a bunch of" wee look at me in my happy multicultural society! " instead of text and directions . New out of the box everything drags even typing this its 7 letters behind and I type slow. I don't know if I got a bummer but I havent downloaded anything no games nothing. it drags on steam tabletop simulator and a simple online 2D game it skips across screen. color is beautiful, wish this worked out

Love the computer. The problem is best buy doesn't give rewards points for apple products. We would have purchased elsewhere.

I gave it 1 star because it's advertised as "Expandable" to 32 Gigs of RAM but this machine cannot be upgraded. Unless it's opened and you have soldering skills. Not to mention opening it without cracking it skills. I think what they mean by "expandable" is you can purchase an upgraded version if you like but this was the only one available on BB's site. I'm a long time Mac user and I will say that other then the above issue I have this machine is fine. Looks great, runs fast and smooth, and has good sound quality. Once I took it out of the box I looked for the slot and saw that there wasn't one to upgrade the RAM but instead of putting it right back into the box I decided to set it up just to feel it since I had it at home. So that's why I could say it's a "good" machine but I returned it the next day.

I would not buy this product very disappointed in this computer
