Computer Crashed

Fortunately for me, Best Buy exchanged this computer for a new computer which is soon to be delivered. On this down side, I lost everything I installed or copied onto the new computer. Not looking forward to doing it again.

A Rotten Apple!

This is the first one that was defective (inoperative). It would turn on. It is now at Apple Store for assessment, however the experience has been dreadful. Clearly, this is not something one would expect from Apple.

I love the simplicity of the wires, it makes it easy to move around the house. I also love the simplicity of Apple in the sense that you don’t have to be a tech genius to use their products. This Mac is amazing for beginners in technology and also for pros.

So disappointed

Well come to find out those we’re older Macs the new ones are not great at all ! After spending one day With this slow as a brick computer I am returning it and going back to pc. Apple has lost its way.....

Customer service was no help at all when I called.
