Upgrade to 16GB memory or more!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought I would love the Apple iMac but it has slowed way down since I first purchased it last year, especially when using the photos app. I highly recommend getting more than 8GB of memory! I'm not even doing anything special on it and it should easily handle my tasks. I won't get one again but will go back to the MacBook Pro. Other than that is has been fine.

Good but Compromised.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a decent buy if you can lived with the smaller screen, a slow refresh rate (for games and movies), and are OK with a product getting long in the tooth from its inception. However, time and having the latest are way over-rated. I would spring the small difference, and buy the 24 inch screen.
