I absoultely love this computer. I have an iPhone and iPad this is my first Mac computer. It is so easy to sync everything and its amazingly fast. Also what's not to love about the major screen size.

The iMac is easy to use and the big screen makes running multiple programs easy.

Everyday is a new opportunity with this product. The Best Buy staff led by Gavin and including the assigned Apple Representative (Anthony Blood) are working with me on training and education. One unfortunate incident occurred when 4 years of photos and documents were lost in the transfer from my old PC to the new one. The Geek Squad, led by Agents Kristen and Maggie ( and others) are working hard to recover the lost data. I'm able to do all of the basics of my old environment and see the value of this new equipment.

It's my first time to buy Mac desktop/laptop. At first I prefer MacPro but i already have an iPhone that I can bring everywhere and so I end up buying iMac, the bigger one. It is so fancy and since I am used to Mac products bec my husband has MacPro it is easy to play around the software. The monitor is big and you can use it as a regular TV where you can watch movies.

First replacement Mac after 7 years. Love the thinner look and larger screen.

I bought this iMac to replace an HP with Windows 8. My husband and I hated it; the monitor and speaker quality were bad (worse than the four year old computer it replaced), couldn't figure out where files were ending up and even playing a dvd on it was a nuisance. So we bit the bullet and bought the expensive iMac. It has gorgeous screen and amazing audio quality and although I am not a techie, I am slowly figuring out how to use various programs.I plan to buy the 3 year warranty/support program from Apple for $119 which is a good deal. If you want to view DVDs you need to buy that separately. I do wish it had a few more USB drive plug-ins and that it had come with a word-processing program.

This iMac is awesome solid performance great for a home recording studio.

Got this for my mom. We can from PC and let me tell you, as a pc tech she would constantly tell me the oc was broken: wifi not working, misc popups (virus code updates), and numerous other things. It was relentless. One day I sat in front of the PC myself and I was so appalled how slowly the PC would run! I mean virus detection service, spam, spyware, etc. you name it and it was all hunkering down on it!!! The modern pc became a poc or "piece of c**p!" Hell with it! So I decided to surprise my mom with an iMac. At first she was mad because she spent over 3 years learning the PC (she's elderly mind you). But after the 2nd day she loved it!!!!!! No more silly install issues, slow performance, devices not working... NOTHING! Thanks apple and bestbuy for providing my mom with a new found happiness and myself for not having to deal with more headaches!!
