I absolutely love this computer! Everything works exceptionally well. Easy to setup if you know your usernames and passwords. Only thing to consider is how much RAM and or hard drive space you need. I am using this computer for graduate level education; at any one time I will have 20 different pages open and no glitches encountered thus far. Screen is incredibly bright and vibrant. If you have an iPhone/iPad or any other Apple device the experience is seamless. It is expensive but you always get what you pay for. I do love Apple!

This has been the smoothest, and fastest computer I have owned so far. Recently purchased a desktop Windows PC, that doesn't run as well as this Mac. Large display takes some getting used to, kinda gives me motion sickness sometimes after looking at it for long periods,would have been fine with the 21.5.

After many years of Microsoft, finally switched to iMac. Very easy setup and transfer on my own. Totally happy with everything. Decided I did not need to splurge for the new Retina resolution and am happy with that decision.

This is my second MAC. I retired my 2009 model when I bought this. It works fantastically fast and does so many things at one time. The screen is large enough to have two programs running side by side and not need another monitor like most PC's do. The other thing I like is that, unlike a PC, its not loaded with programs that I don't use or fill my screen with pop up. I think this is a great computer for my office. I did have to buy a disc drive since this new model doesn't have one installed like the old one did.

Set up was easy and to me the best thing is so easy to navigate and no wires.. Love my new apple computer would recommend to anybody

I love its modernistic, thin design, its large, hi-def screen as well as its superior capacity and comp abilities over the rest.

Upgraded from 2009 iMac. Boot time was unreal (fast)! We are all Mac in our house because everything just works so well with each other. This was no exception.

This is my 3rd iMac. It takes up very little real estate, easy to use (as anything Apple makes is) and it just works! Setup is very easy, just a keyboard and a mouse, and nothing to plug in but the computer itself.

I bought the computer to be able to use Mac and Windows 7 professional to use while in college to be able to last me throughout and using it for design programs like AutoCAD, Revit, and many more. I recommend 100%.

I would like to see us getting points for such a large item as this. really a bummer and I will think again before I purchase from Best Buy if they are not going to take care of me and give points from a purchase.

The 2013 iMac is amazing. Very fast and user friendly. Updates easily and has many great programs and a Apps to improve your use.

Had Geek squad install software onto mac to allow Windows environment and they explained things pretty good to me and it was done within 24 hours and the computer was up and running at my office the next day.

The large screen is excellent. Initially feared inferior quality due to size, but happily that was not the case. Easy set up.

My first iMac. The 27" screen is great. Still getting used to the difference in operating systems. I do not like the keyboard not having right hand number calculator. The mouse curser is slow. I am using my Logitech mouse instead. I think I will grow to love the iMac when I get used to it.

Made the change from a Windows based PC to a Mac. I wish I had not waited so long. The difference is amazing. Although it takes some getting use to, it is worth it. The Mac is so easy to set up and runs so smoothly and quietly- I was won over immediately. The display is just as amazing. I did additionally purchase a trackpad to go with the mouse and keyboard. I prefer the trackpad for ease of use. After I finally get use to the differences between the two operating systems, I will never look back.

We are very impressed with out first iMac. For being long time Windows users we were hesitant about making the switch. We wanted something that would integrate with our iPhones and iPads and this was the solution.

I love the size. Bought for my daughter for Christmas and she's extremely happy! The specs are amazing too. It's just the best out there. Been using apple for 10years now and wouldn't choose anything else :)

This was a great machine in like new condition and an awesome price. Checked it out and everything worked great. Worth the risk of an open box this time.

My only regret? That I didn't do this long before now. The 27" display is fantastic, connectivity (to home wi-fi network, wireless devices, printer, etc.) is extremely simple. I didn't have to find device drivers; it did it for me. This all in one is extremely well designed, easy to use, and cleans up my office space considerably. I have ALREADY recommended this unit to friends. IT JUST WORKS!

I heard a lot about Apple computers and it took me a long time to make a decision but I'm so happy I went with this one. The 27" screen is great and I look forward to learning more about it. It is GREAT!
