This computer is a a fantastic piece of machinery. A versatile operating system, but may take a little bit of time adjusting if use to Windows I like was. If you like simplicity, this computer is perfect!

Have been a Mac user for over 15 years. If you want to avoid the hassle of viruses and the constant state of "I really don't know what's going on with my computer" you get with a PC, this is the way to go.

Going from a PC to a IMac is not as scary as I thought it would be. Although I have a lot to learn I can get my emails and check my bank accts without any problem. I would recommend this I Mac to everyone.

Always been a "windows" guy until my first iPhone. Then an iPad and now finished the conversion off with the addition of the MAC. Absolutely love the computer. Still learning things but easy to figure out.

At the time I purchased this computer, I also purchased three MacBook Air laptops. I really love the MacBook Air; but have not been as impressed with the iMac Computer. It seems slower and sometimes takes too long to load a page, and that is as a BRAND NEW COMPUTER; it makes me afraid that the speed will really be slow in a few months or after a year of ownership. Also, the screen is 27 inches and that is slightly too big.

As Silver Elite, in last year, I bought washer,dryer,PC, high-end receiver, Iphone 5, and this IMAC, Love the product but very unhappy with recent trends by Best Buy. When I bought my new IPHONE almost a year ago and they offered a better plan than Verizon (if phone breaks(even by your own doing), it will be replaced) That plan is not being offered any more. The new plan is no different than Verizon's. Because of the change, I recently bought my Wife's new IPhone directly at Verizon. When I purchased this IMAC, I used my BB rewards card and discovered a recent change in the BB rewards plan - if you use the 18 months interest free you get zero reward points. I will be less likely to buy from Best Buy in the future due to taking away the incentives. As a Silver Elite customer, I am offended by the changes by Best Buy, It appears that the recent spin to go from Reward Zone to My BestBuy was a cover to take away customer incentives. Lastly, when I called customer service in attempt to understand why I did not get my points, all I heard was the RZ points rules changes this summer and customers were notified in an email(that was cold).

I bought this system to replace an iMac I purchased in 2008. The upgrades in design and performance are quite amazing. The increased hard drive capacity, memory, computing power and the large 27" screen make this machine a joy to sit down and browse through Internet social media sites, read news and information sites as well as handle just about any home application or program. The large screen is great for having multiple windows open simultaneously so you can compare information without having to switch between application windows. The USB 3.0 slots are great for those USB devices that support it for fast data transfers. For movies or YouTube viewing, the graphics are great giving you a most enjoyable viewing experience. For what I don't like is that the wireless keyboard does not have a BackSpace key; it does not read USB drives using a USB extension; and there is no CD drive. Still, even with these features lacking it is still an awesome product and I am glad I purchased it.

While it is definitely a gorgeous machine...I decided it's too expensive. I plan to return it.

I was afraid of Mac's at first being a PC user, but after a few days using this powerful iMac, I fell in love. It has a great display and awesome performance! worth the price.

Love the Mac computer. Easy to learn. No problems. Very self explanatory. Has everything and more than I expected.

The graphics are great & the computer performs well. I'm still trying to familiarize myself with the IMac system.

I have a macbook air 11inch and i always want to work on this computer its way bigger faster and it has 1tb of storage. great for video editing too. it does everything like its no big deal also.

I switched from an HP to the Mac and it's taking a little time to get acclimated to the operating system. Nonetheless, I like it and enjoy learning new things. I plan to explore the graphic functionality available and expand knowledge base. Overall the really nice big screen makes it easier to view and perform specific work. Once I master this operating system I'm sure my approval ratings will increase,not that I'm unhappy with the product because I absolutely love it!

I needed a big screen to work at home. I love the sleekness of this machine. Doesn't take up much space either.

Very impressive look and is not only the look but awesome to use. still learning my way around is challenging but I am having fun in the process.

Everyone in my house loves the simplicity of apple software. simply put the computer is easy to use. While I understand any computer can get a virus if you're not careful, the comfort of knowing that I'm less likely to contract a virus ( had my gateway for 4 yrs and had 2 virus/ software issues(money) and replaced the hard drive(money), plus the cost of downloading anti virus software every year(money). Should have just paid for an apple )makes this an ideal purchase.

Love my Apple, bought for my photography.I am still learning all of the programs and things that it can do but I am amazed at its capabilities.

Works good with all Apple products (iPhone ,iPad ,I touch,Apple TV,iTunes!!!!!! Just one thing they need to put a better wired audio connection. (only has one jack ) works good wirelessly!!!
