    I love Apple. I have a iPad, iPhone 5 and now a iMac. Apple to me has always been ahead of Windows, and anyone that I talk to that owns a Apple. Say they wouldn't go back. Now! I see why. I wouldn't go back to a Windows after a iMac. It's a little bit more money, but believe me it's worth it.

    The "key chain" feature (it manages passwords) had a design glitch that kept locking me out. Apple had a fix for it but but it was not installed on the machine I bought. It took 2 return trips to Best Buy to have the problem resolved. The Geek Squad service I bought does not cover home visits . The iMac 27 is large and not easy to transport. I have used the phone support twice. My questions were answered both times however the waits were long. To Best Buys credit they don't keep you on hold for long periods but you do have to remain nearby waiting for the call back.
