We really like our new Apple Mac computer. It's pretty easy to learn the Mac system.

My first Mac computer coming from windows. I have to say I like the windows better. The mouse is WAY too sensitive and I don't like the overall functionality. WAY WAY WAY too expensive for what you get. It is no where near as fast as everyone said it would be.

Happy with the product. Spent many hours to configure the system and learn it.

It's good to have new computer, but the previous model had better features.

Employees not familiar with product or just did not explain it properly

I went to the store this week. They were able to open the computer. Went home and was not able to open using the pass code. Do not feel the Apple computer is user friendly. I should have stayed the an HP. I wish Best Buy would allow me to return the Apple computer and replace it with an HP

Apple products are the best in the market Ian very satisfied with it

Love being able to see my calendar appointments on all apple devises

I hesitated making this puchase and I am so thankful I finally did.

Excellent computer, it's quiet, fairly fast and responsive for what I use it for. (photoshop , lightroom with a dash if iMovie thrown in for good measure) I built PC's for friends and family back in the mid 90's. My first internet experience was in 1992! I bought my first iMac in 2009 and I haven't looked back. I originally bought a 2009 24" iMac and upgraded to 8 gigs of memory. I originally paid about (if memory serves me) $1399 for it. I sold it for $450, so they hold value. What would a 6 year old PC be worth in trade? Gone is the constant rebooting of the PC world. I have virus protection installed but have never had a virus. Am I satisfied? Hell yes! The *ONLY* thing I didn't like was the bluetooth keyboard that came with it. I went beck to my wired keyboard with number pad for 2 reasons. 1. I use the number pad. 2.This keyboard has 2 extra USB slots that I use for the fob for my Wacom drawing tablet, and I use the other for when I don't want to reach in the back to plug in my SD cards. (Apple, move the SD slot to the front!) I like the bluetooth mouse because it doesn't interfere with my wacom tablet. I did add another 8 gigs of memory but not the $200 apple memory, I got my on eBay for about $70.

I'm glad I made this purchase especially when it was on sale $300 off, super big screen and very clear and easy to use, gives you the option of adding memory if you need it. I will recommend apple care protection plan for 169.00 you are protected for 3 years, for any question or need help just call apple they are friendly and happy to help out.

I always heard great things about macs but I've been to best buy 3 times and exchanged this computer. No one at the store can tell me why this problem keeps occuring. It malfunctioned before I even installed any of my graphics software. I hope that the third time is a charm because if not, I will sadly have to go back to using a pc again.

Two iMAcs were defective out of the box. First one failed to communicate with the wireless keyboard. Second one had a dead pixel on the screen. Not sure I will be buying another Mac. Best Buy was easy to deal with, and handled the returns in a very honorable manner.

I bought this iMac recently to replace an older vintage 21.5 inch iMac. At first we were leery of the size of the screen thinking it might be too much "in your face." We were wrong. After setting it up and working with it for awhile, my conclusion is that I should have upgraded a long time ago! This machine is beautiful, the screen resolution top notch, and the speed is wonderful. If you can, skip the "good" 21.5 inch machines and buy this one - you won't regret it!

Fairly soon this screen will feel dated, but when I first bought this a year ago for a deal only found at Best Buy, I wasn't sure how much I would like an All-in-One. While not by any means a portable, this monster screen can easily be handled by someone my size and moved with very little effort and for this I am very thankful as it has been moved many times in the past year. Since I bought the stock model, I do regret not having the flash accompaniment to the 1 TB drive (its called fusion and with the PCIe SSD its lighting fast!). This option hopefully will be available from a third party in the coming months, but in the meantime I have a regular SATA SSD in a thunderbolt caddy as I refuse to work on a spinning drive for my OS. With 2 Thunderbolt ports, I am able to work with an additional screen and my SSD drive or add a super fast SSD RAID for HD video editing. The true power of this whisper quiet machine is felt when rendering a half hour HD movie in 20 minutes. And for those looking to differentiate between the cheaper 21 inch model, this memory is easily upgradeable (I went to 24 GB for an additional $80). I never liked AIO due to the likelihood of cooking your hardware, but this model with Intel's Haswell chip has made me a believer.

This computer is by far the best computer I have owned. This of course was a graduation present form my parents for college, but it definitely will meet the requirements I need it for. I game on both PC and console, and gaming on this computer, I would not do unless you are completely upgrading the processor or anything else that is required to have a decent experience for new games. But otherwise, it is fast, easy to use and has given me a great experience so far and that is with my iPad air 2 as well.

I have an iPhone and love it so I figured I would try out an iMac. Words can not describe this machine. The 27" screen is amazing, beautiful picture, clear, extra sharp images. I love how it syncs with my iPhone, connects to the bluetooth, allows FaceTime and so much more. It is very simple to navigate around and figure out. Speed isn't an issue, everything is super fast and runs very smooth. Speakers are great quality, loud sound. Not to mention, I love how it only has one cord! The PC it replaced had tons of cords connecting every which way. I will never use any other brand again. All around - AMAZING!

This is my first Mac. After using PCs for nearly 20 years, I decided to make the move with this machine. The huge brilliant screen and simple style are attractive. The speed of the processor and simplicity of control along with seamless integration with my Ipad, iPhone and iPod made this an easy decision.
