As I have many apple products it has been very easy to use, I got it on sale. I needed some assistance and apple support was awesome! Wish Best Buy had the track pad option like apple does at no extra cost. I hate the mouse, track pad is so much easier. Set up is easy just plug everything in then turn it on you are ready to go.

It's not often I have to make a major purchase but when I do, I need it. I do not upgrade often, but it was time. I need to make an immediate purchase and quickly review products and make an instant purchase. Best Buy tech support along with finding a location of product that I could pick up the same day was awesome.

I have been looking for a computer for a long time and went down to best buy and was going to buy a PC until I talked to Tony. Tony is the BEST CSR at Best Buy that have had the pleasure of dealing with! The Mac is very easy to work with and since I have a IPad and IPhone everything gets intergrated into my Mac.

My first Mac & a little difficult to transition from many years of PC's & Microsoft. I am still learning & have a long way to go, but once learned & understood the ease of operation & capabilities are phenomenal. Am very anxious to get to a number of the features & capabilities I have not explored yet.

Not much to say other that, what a great machine. I use it for Pro Tools 11 audio production and the 64bit processing is a beautiful thing to behold. What a great bargain for such a powerful all-in-one computer. Using a thunderbolt external hard drive for my audio storage and things are blazing along nicely.

Use this mainly for work from home with the Adobe Creative Suite. Plenty of power to run Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign all at the same time. Only have two complaints. 1. Running a wired Apple keyboard, sometimes after a restart the keyboard isn't recognized and I have to use the included Bluetooth keyboard to login. 2. Second monitor isn't always recognize on wake from sleep. This may be more of an issue with the second monitor not being Apple or connected through an adapter instead of directly through Thunderbolt. Usually turning the second monitor off and then on again solves the issue.

This iMac was purchased for digital photography work, especially Photoshop. The display is amazing: vibrant colors, exceptional clarity, and huge! So far the 8GB of RAM has been sufficient, even when running several memory-intensive apps. The 1TB drive is more than enough for OS, apps, and work space. The only issue was the need for a USB hub, since there were more peripherals than ports (ext. drive, card reader, SuperDrive, etc.). Overall, a great choice.

The Imac never disappoints. I can always depend on the Imac's performance and ease of use. Rarely, will I ever have a problem which streamlines productivity.

Tried to use a W8.1 computer for music production and it would not work with AVID Pro Tools. This does an awesome job and is nice and compact where space in a home studio is a premium.

As long-time Windows users, we were thrilled at the ease of setup of this system. Everything just works with no compatibility issues for hardware, network or devices of varying ages. Plenty of power for business (bookkeeping and documentation) and personal (web, movies, Garage Band, etc.) use.

I am done with Windows and paying for upgrades to get the latest version. My IPad has worked flawlessly for several years so Iam giving the IMac a try and so far it has been great. Like most new purchases, 3 weeks isn't long enough to provide a real expert review but so far I am very pleased.

I do love the large screen and the ease of startup. I do wish I knew that it didn't have a CD/DVD drive. So far that is the only complaint.

This is my second iMac and they only get better. My last one lasted eight years and is currently getting a new logic board. I love the screen and its clarity. Its speed is great as well. I got this one on sale and I'm happy I did.

Only draw back is we need 4 of them now! There is a small learning curve as we were a Windows family, but that is almost fully overcome already. The shocker was when my long time IT guru who has always chastised Mac suggested going Mac after our PC of 7 years crashed. We could not be happier,

I have only had this computer for about a month now and haven't taken full advantage of all it can do, but it is already an amazing computer. Macs are very easy to use computers, even for people with no Mac experience. It is my first Mac purchase but I can already tell that I made a great choice!

i am an apple customer and this is a great computer. The only improvement would be to include the dvd unit with the computer. So much media is still carried on cd or dvd format. Apple needs to include written instruction with the product so users can have a refferance to solve so minor problems.

The original one had a black spot on the screen which usually could not be seen if I was not processing photos. After I got a new one, it has been no problem except sometimes the processor was slow when doing photoshop. In general, it is a very good computer. I like it very much.

After months of trying new PC after new PC to not avail, we bit the bullet and switched to an iMac and are glad that we did. The problem we were having was that the network interface card on the new PC's were built into the motherboard and when they failed (and they did fail often) it would leave the PC without connection to the wireless network - so no internet access. We haven't had that problem with this new iMac and have really enjoyed it's stability and speed. The quality of the display and sound are also excellent.

This iMac is incredible. If you do a lot of video work, you might want to get the 5K version, but for our graphic design use its more than enough. You can't go wrong with apple products and best buy is the best place to buy them. We saved $50 and have the geek squad protection plan.

With Apple adding in the upgrade USB 3.0 and 802.11 a/c WiFi adapter its worth the buy if you have an older iMac. The system seems pretty fast out of the box, but I would recommend that you upgrade the system RAM to the 32GB maximum, if you plan on using any of the Adobe suites or modeling software.
