Really like the Apples looks and applications but it's a big change after using a Windows PC for so many years. I'm sure once I get more familiar with the operating system and commands (short cut & icons) it will be much better and more secure then our Window PC's. I'm told they have less problems with viruses and not as easy for me to screw thing up in my attempts to fix things. Appears I have much to learn but I think I'm going to like the Imax once I get familiar with it.

I would buy Apple again. It is easy to use and I like the style of this Apple computer. I also like the big monitor.

Great computer for all ages! I have had Macs for 20 years and I will always have Apple products. The Apple computer come with many programs that with other companies you have to buy them separately and they don't work!

Love the computer. Wife uses it for everything. It doesn't come with a disc drive so I had to purchase one separately for $80. Otherwise, no complaints.

After using Windows based PCs for decades I went from swearing by them to swearing at them. No hanging up at start up. Much less time for start up. No need for as many updates. OS is much smoother than Windows, etc.

I did not own this product. It was delivered to me by mistake. I believe it would have been a great product if it had been smaller. I highly recommend this product based on its smaller version which is a pleasure to use.

I love it. I used a MacBook Pro for four years, and it's still going strong. I would recommend this iMac to anyone. It's impeccable for editing pictures and using photoshop. I pretty much love everything about it.

Yes, 5 stars. I buy nothing but Apple computers and this one has not disappointed me. Since 1984 I have bought Macs and have NEVER bought Apple Care warranty and have NEVER had to take any of the in for repair.

Prefer trackpad as option; should not have to buy with mouse. Over-priced. I bought an external CD/DVD Super-drive, but had to pay full price!

Very quick set up. Wireless mouse and keyboard connected quickly. Beautiful monitor. The only improvement I can think of is a touch screen.

Best buy has some wonderful deals. I buy all my computer and electrical appliances there. The salesmen are very helpful and the Geek Squad is great. They have a good music and home movie section as well

This computer is amazing. I have never owned a Mac before and I am definitely never going back. Tells you when to update everything, very organized, and very chic.

Great computer but no CD/DVD burner. Screen size is enormous and viewing is great. Mouse is very nice and wireless keyboard as well.

this is my third iMac. this one is even more elegant and powerful. great for for multimedia with iMovies. its safe for the kids to use less risk of viruses. just attach a hard drive and it backs up itself. also has a wonderful display, great to watch netflix.

Brought this iMac as a replacement from my grandmother who's previous iMac was 9 years old. Installation was a breeze and she was up and running quickly.

I am finding it harder to learn moving from a PC, but so far it is somewhat intuitive. I would suggest some training that Best Buy could possibly offer.

Simply the best desktop I have ever owned. After having this, I could not imagine going back to the normal ho hum mediocrity of windows based PC's.

I bought this as a retired floor model. The promised accessories could not be found but were replaced by other products. Set it up and it worked for about two weeks before the hard drive died. Had to go back and buy a newer, more expensive brand. All of the work on the hard drive could not be saved by geek squad as they said the hard drive was the problem.

We bought this iMac for our son to use in making music videos. It does everything he needs and more! As an old PC user (from the mid-80's), I was amazed by the ease of set-up and lack of a huge hard drive. Not a disappointing thing about it.
