I like it because it’s so nice and easy to use, the only thing I have to get use to the mouse, not user friendly for me.

the A[ple 27" Mac product is great and have had no problems with it except learning the Apple OS versus Windows. I researched it on the Bestbuy site and others and knew exactly what I wanted when I walked through the door.

I have always wanted to own a Mac but I let the price stop me. After my pc kicked the bucket, I took my daugher’s advice and purchased a Mac. There is a learning curve, but I love all the things I can do with it.

It's smooth and plenty of storage. Love the the wide screen. And you most stuff newer stuff is 4k so there's that .

I have had my iMac for about a month now and I am obsessed. I switched from a laptop to desktop because of storage issues. I purchased this computer and an 8TB External HD for Video editing use, it's a perfect combo.

Great I Mac computer. The computer use to have a "d v d" drive to play disc. It no longer has one and I have to purchase one to play my disc. I had to have "geek squad" to set up my printer due to change in format.

Needed to replace my recently-crashed Dell -- chose an Apple after recommendations from family -- so far doing everything I expected -- easy to operate and navigate, great large monitor, very clear %k picture -- hassle free to date.

Wanted to get a Macbook pro, but they are very expensive, especially with 32GB of memory, was able to upgrade the memory on the iMac myself for a fraction of what Apple charges. Using for music recording, latest version of MacOS is not as stable as the earlier versions, have to reboot fairly often when applications fail to start/restart. Will still need a mobile solution, but hoping I can do the bulk of the work on this system and not need as much memory on the laptop.

My other iMac was 10 years old. I can’t believe how fast it is. The graphics are incredible. I am so happy with this new computer. Apple gives free lessons too to a group so I can learn more on how to use it. Highly recommend it.

This is my second apple 27" desktop. I am a photographer and it works great to edit photos with LIgthroom and Photoshop. I have no problem with speed or memory. My last Apple Desktop lasted 9 years until the video card went out.

What can I say, it's a high end expensive iMac...and it performs exactly as I'd expect. We exclusively use Apple computers for my work and this one is my home office computer. It works perfectly for my needs.

I have always used Dell PC but I needed to replace it as it was too old to fix and decided to try an Apple computer. The large monitor and its interaction with my iPad made it a practical decision. Very satisfied so far.

Computer should definitely get a RAM upgrade . I like that the kids are finding it very user friendly

All we've come to expect from Apple, revised format allows wider viewing screen with same vertical height...

Purchased the Apple I Mac in December 2019. 27 inch monitor and retinal display. Very easy to assemble and set up. Love the monitor and picture display. Works great! No problem navigating through the Internet.

The screen is so clear and the computer is so fast. What an amazing machine. wireless keyboard and mouse make it look clean and work seamlessly. no problems so far. Apple quality. Great price for Black Friday

This is my first non-windows desktop computer purchase. It took a few days to adjust to a new operating system but now all is good. I definitely recommend apple and best buy. There was no high pressure ssles tactics.

Always have been a huge Apple fan. Their products are great and long lasting. This replaced an iMac from 2010 and couldn’t be happier except of course as all Apple products, pricey...

This is a great purchase in addition to my iOS collection. Massive 27" 5K is really awesome. Came with a mouse. I just wish that there was an option to choose between an Apple Mouse or Track Pad.

Computer works well, but Apple has what seems to be constant updates. The last update I OK'd, screwed-up my Trend Micro, and I had to spend 3 hrs on the phone with them to fix what was caused by the update.
