Very good, fast 5K beautiful display, fast performance.

We have been Mac users since the 1980's which means we have gone through many upgrades, along with Apple. This computer is all the advertisements claim - and more. Best Buy delivered as promised, with absolutely no hassle on delivery date, pick-up schedule and staff member at the curb with the package as promised.

the retina display is beautiful and it makes picture editing a breeze. Set up is minimal just plug a cable to the back of the mac and your in apples operating system with in minutes.

It's nice and compact - good quality screen - took a while to get everything set up , it wouldn't recognize the username and password so we had to reboot multiple times, apple keyboard (2 different ones), and a logitech wouldn't work completely - so had to get a forth keyboard for all key's to work.. but overall good system

Bought this to replace our 9 year old 21.5” iMac. We were very happy with the old iMac which lasted forever with little to no hassle from malware which plagued all our previous Windows PCs. The main reason we replaced the old 21.5” was to get the larger 27” screen (my eyes are not as young as they use to be). There was no debate on going with another iMac. Looking forward to 10 years with this new one. Also the process of moving all files from the old to new was very simple using Time Machine. It was an overnight process. I started it, went to bed, and all was done when I woke up in the AM.

Very fast and sleek! I love everything about it..

This purchase could not have been easier! Ordered from BB's website and it was delivered to my house a few day's later. Box had no stickers or markings that identified it. Inside was the original sealed box from Apple, one cut of tape and it opened right up. Contacted Apple Support (free 90 days) and got help transferring files from my 9 yr. old Mac mini. No problem getting it up and running. I chose the least expensive model with the 27" display. I don't move big Data files around or do video editing so my needs don't require anything more. This new model iMac is a work of art and functions perfectly. New OS is integrated with my iPhone and offer features I didn't know about. Very happy I chose the iMac instead of a 2 pc rig. Also like the headphone jack that allows for audio output into my 2ch Cambridge speakers/with subwoofer. Great display, great integration. 10 out of 10!

I love Apple and I made a great decision when i bought this computer. Super easy to install and great for school. I have no issue with the computer so far. It was a bit complicated when trying to connect to my printer. Once it was connected via Bluetooth it’s been smooth sailing.

Was a little worried about the fusion drive as it’s a mechanically drive in 2020. I do have an external SSD hooked up via TB3 to by pass the drive for my photos library to get some speed, but the fusion does a good job of keeping things I use often on SSD and it does prove fairly fast for a mechanical drive.

The Apple iMac I got from Best Buy has been a joy to work with. It is of sound and excellent quality all-around. And along with having the ease of set-up and use, one couldn’t get a better deal. Retina 5K display is beautiful.

A bit daunting making the change. Was really lost the first few days. Library had no helpful books, son-in-law saved the day. Geek squad came to the rescue with data transfer after a week or so. Still learning thanks to “Missing Manual” book. Very responsive and am finding the changeover doable for someone in the 4th quarter of life!

Very nice desktop computer. We’ve had iPads and iPhones for years but finally had to replace our desktop. We had a HP all in one but decided to go with the iMac for all Apple electronics. We have no regrets. Very easy to get started and transfer everything from the old desktop. No regrets so far.

This is my second 27" iMac. It is so hard to go to work and work on my smaller screen. The difference in color resolution is what makes me love the iMac so much. You can successfully use many different computers, but the richness of the iMac just makes it a more pleasant experience.

First time owning a iMac computer, very easy to use. My family and i have iPhone so I decided to go with iMac, being that I would potentially have to work from home or kids doing school work due to crazy pandemic. But overall 10/10 would recommend. No problems with it!

Bought for my daughter who is into photography and also basic computing. This was the one she wanted. After some research I learned enough about iMacs to pick out the right size for her. The larger screen was recommended because she is into photo editing.
