Tragic purchase

The original owners log on screen was still on the unit and I was not able to get past the password request. I returned the computer, it should have never been sent to me. I did not want to take a chance having it unlocked because who knows what may have been on the hard drive. Very disappointed. My Mac is 10 years old and I had purchased it from Best Buy. The 27”was a lovely unit, I was looking forward to having an updated computer.

The iMac is great, but Best Buy is terrible

Best Buy has recently stopped issuing rewards points on Apple purchases. This 27" iMac is fantastic, but it can be found at no less than half a dozen retailers for the same "sale" price as Best Buy. The only reason I bought from Best Buy was for the rewards points which were revoked due to their new policy against issuing them for Apple products. Major fail on Best Buy's part. You might as well shut down your Apple sales as there are much better retailers who are far more up to speed on Apple products. Without the points there is no reason to continue shopping at your store. FWIW I also canceled my Best Buy credit card. Your loss.

Don't buy it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not as fast as they claim, having problems with my MacMail, search doesn't work, tried to fix but no go. Upgrades don't help. So many times the wheel spins and nothing happens as if it gets frozen.
