I’ve never owned a computer let alone an iMac. I set it up it was very easy. But then I took it down. It’s still in its box. I thought it to take some classes and I don’t have a clue where to begin so I’m waiting to decide how to proceed. It’s a very pretty computer though

Needed an upgrade for Zoom meetings. The old iPad wasn’t really made for handling that on a daily basis. So glad I pulled the trigger and purchased this...no regrets whatsoever. If a computer could be a piece of art..this one is. My only complaint is always the same when it comes to Apple products. Price $$$.

The Geek Squad technician demonstrated expert knowledge and abiding kindness with a wonderful ability to explain the new technology and how to use it. In addition, I learned of of many things I was not aware of and how I could use those in my day-to-day tasks. It was an ideal learning experience.

This is our second Mac. We didn’t even consider anything else. We loved our first one and when it came time to replace it we were sure we wanted to purchase a second one. We would recommend a Mac to any of our friends and family. It is a wonderful product and is basically worry free.

large clear screen ,bright colors, will not pick up Comcast e mail or list same unless you go for an email .

I switched to Mac 12 years ago because I was tired of losing computers due to viruses. The Mac is a great choice. The only negative is maxing out the operating system, relegating you to buying an upgraded model.

This Mac was a complete disappointment! There is NO MEMORY left over once all the mac and other apps are installed. The screen is an annoying pink for Word docs. Had to purchase an additional external hard drive just to get my work done. AVOID this machine!!!

for the record...this is my 2nd apple computer in 10 years... yep!!! I love the apple computer... my first computer I only had one issue and apple took care of it right away. For me it's worth the coins and Yes I will buy it again and again. I don't have any problem with this product.

Wife and I are very pleased with this Apple IMac computer. It was very easy to set up and use. Easy to install our HP printer to it. Easy to navigate and it has fast response time and ultra clear screen image. Good product making we the user very happy.

I am not a geek, and even struggle to understand the features the iMac now has compared to my six year old iMac that could hardly run. I am very happy with the 27" screen and the speed with which it runs. The quality image on the screen is much improved.

Wasn’t ready to upgrade my MacBook nor my iPad Pro 11 inch latest version and always wanted an iMac. Glad I waited to make the purchase. Love that if I decide later on I can always upgrade the memory on this version and not to mention all the ports.

Apple has created yet another great iMac desktop, but it doesn’t look much different than past generations. Very sleek, snappy, and got it for a great deal at the time. Highly recommend upgrading the memory to keep it up to speed.
