It was pricey and there was no chance for a discount.

Amazing screen and clarity but when it came down to performance, it sucked. Constantly lagging Pages didn’t flow correctly and honestly just lacking performance for the price I would have expected a lot more but these are from 2020 and don’t perform for todays standards.

I requested a data transfer from a PC to an iMac and asked them to see if they could speed up the Mac. They put the PC data in a file on the Mac. Then they installed an older OS. Problem. Word/Excel/PowerPoint no longer are on the machine and cannot be added unless you can find an older version of Outlook (e.g. 2013) to load on the iMac. So I have the PC files on the Mac but no one told me I wouldn't be able to open them or transfer/open Contacts, etc. Not well thought out.

Overall decent purchase. Sound quality could use improvement. Mouse leaves a bit to be desired as well (i.e. right clicking and touch response)

I have had nothing but problems since bringing this Mac home. I purchased this Mac to go into my craft room. The problem was user error and I could not reset computer back to factory settings. I took it to Geek Squad. They put antivirus on that I told them not to put on. After having it home for about 2-3 weeks , now it won’t shut down after hitting shut down. Now I have to make an appt for Gerk Squad again. This is my 2nd Mac. We have 3 in the house. This Mac sucks

either my internet provider is crap {mediacom} or this computer isn't as good as my old mac

Nice computer but complicated. Would have been nice to get an instruction booklet with it.

I like my iMac, the problem is that my computer always freeze and I have to reboot the system at least once a week..

It’s ok. Could be better for the price in terms of space but it’s ok.

When I received the computer it didn’t have a mouse in the box. When I reached out to best buy they stated that I can either return the entire computer or receive a $20 gift card. This issue is they wouldn’t exchange the computer with the missing mouse. On the other side the mouse retails for $80 so the gift card wouldn’t cover it. My only option was to purchase my own mouse. After I did I returned home to find out that half of the keyboard didn’t work so I had to purchase another. Therefor after purchasing the computer I had to pay an additional $200 for the items that should have been included.

Not sure. Its still at Geek Squad. i had an issue with them which really upset me!!!

We were promised the Apple computer would be programmed with Windows PC..... not done.... the Geek Squad service proved to be useless... couldn’t get anyone to answer questions. All we got when we called was boiler plate responses to stall for time. Finally had to figure out for myself. Very disappointed.

Computer is amazing. Love it. Best Buy, however, is the worst.

Geek Squad is good. But this time we were referred to Apple to correct our connection problems with the cloud. Not sure that was the right answer .

Slow and takes getting use to. Only one cord which is nice. But need to be upgraded. Too slow .

I am still trying to familiarize myself to computer. I do not like the keyboard- it is too small. I will be checking into other options. I do like the large monitor & ease of use of the computer.

This is my first iMac! I got it from my husband as an early Christmas gift this year to run my photography business. I have gone through 5 iPhones in the the past 6 or 7 years so its kind of like using a giant iPhone and very easy to navigate. It is incredible to edit on and I will not go back to my Windows computer. I love the big screen and speed of the iMac. I haven't gotten a full use of my computer yet so it may call for a 2nd review, but as of right now, it is the greatest investment I've ever made!!
