There was a short circuit which meant I had to drag this item back to the store for a return. Since the new one hasn't been installed—I want a Geek to do int this time—I can't speak to its replacement.

I’ve had it over a week and can’t get it to do much! Sorry should have bought another PC a waste of $2000.

I got this as an upgrade from my 2017 MacBook Pro since alot of my work is zoom intensive (student teaching/ full time student) and I was looking for a system that can handle 6-8 hour video calls every day (I wouldn't wish the MacBook Pro system overheating on my worst enemy, its so uncomfortable and hot lol). I definitely am sacrificing the portability of a laptop but its honestly so worth it since the specs on this device are better/comparable to the MacBook Pro version (despite the same price tag??) I was on the fence over buying this for WEEKS im so happy I picked this though. The screen size and quality is crazy good too so I love to stream Hulu/netflix too. I do think I should of opted for a track pad instead of a mouse for the cursor option.

very prone to damages, so far the keyboard broke and had to be replaced, and there is already a scratch on the screen

Returned item. The in store specs did not match the ordered item...

I just bought this 27" iMac today. Like my 10th computer, but had never purchased or used Apple products before. Bought a Lenovo Ideacenter-27"-3 days ago for $1,079.00, didn't like the (QFHD?) resolution, so I traded it for this iMac. FANTASTIC DECISION!!! Yes, I had to pay an extra $720.00. And I am so glad that I did! The difference? STARTLING. That 5k Retina display? Best screen in a computer. Period. Super fast, great sound, and beautiful. So, if you are "on the fence" about which computer to buy? No you no longer have to be. Get an iMac! Then you no longer have to wonder about "upgrading". For, THERE IS NO UPGRADE TO AN iMAC. And of course no place better to purchase it from than BEST BUY! For, this was my second exchange in 3 days. But I was only going to be satisfied-I am NOT a gamer- with the best computer there is. Now I have it. The 27" Apple iMac.

humming along, only complaint is that it comes with a paltry 8gbs of memory - remedied that by bumping it to 64gb at home. I do a lot of photo editing dn the Retina display is the bee's knees

Fast but half of the storage is used by internal apps.

The item is very good. Still in the box there was a missing usb cable

Every time I use it, passwords, email accounts and user names that were "saved " are no where to be found. Like having to set up every time. No CD drive! Waste of money! Wish my other half would realize apple sucks!
