It had been a while since I owned a desktop. So I decided to give this one a try and man it is awesome. I upgraded the ram to 32GB which makes this thing run at top speed. It is nice to have the performance that you have always wanted. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to everyone.

I love Apple products because of their beauty and efficiency. This iMac is a powerful tool in my everyday life. It has excellent storage capacity and a fast processor. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I always love Apple, so the decision making wasn't difficult, but when I receive the product (that by the way, it arrived earlier than expected, Thanks Best Buy) I felt in love with the look, the size, and how many things I can do at the same time.

We bought this computer for my 15 yr old for Christmas. He does media at our church and this is the computer he uses so we felt like it would be a great choice for him. He also wants to go into media when he gets older. We love this computer and could not be happier!!

I purchased this iMac for all my family members. This was not an easy decision to make because we all were window computer users. The packaging of iMac was so nice and easy to unpack. It took me less than 10 minutes to set up and ready to use. As mentioned before, I have been using Window computers for years but I have no trouble to switch to iMac computer. I love the design and rechargeable keyboard and mouse. This computer is fast and pictures/ text are so clear. I debated myself for a 27" over a 21" prior to purchase for a cost and a size of room where a computer will be placed. We are happy with a decision of 27" computer so far. Also a 27" iMac can be upgraded to 32 GB of DDR3 SDRAM which is easy to do it yourself.

In addition to the great Apple quality and speed, I am thrilled with the condensation of many cords down to one. No more tangle and making thing stretch and weaving cords through the back of my computer desk.

I would give this computer 5 stars if it had 32gb of ram for the same price. While Mac computers are generally more expensive, they last 5x as long as a pc. I still have a MacBook Pro that is now 8 years old and still use it everyday... With that said, I am a photographer, and after going through 3 pc's in the last 8 years, I decided to move over to Mac for processing. It's very fast but cannot handle batch processing with only 8gb of ram... An upgrade is worth every penny! Using Lightroom, Photoshop and Acdsee pro simultaneously is just not possible with 8 gb. The retina monitor will blow your mind. You will see detail that you have never seen before! Transfer of programs has been pretty easy so far with the exception of photoshop and Lightroom unless you have already upgraded to the new CC platform (which I had not, so now I have to pay monthly for a program that I paid for years ago way to go adobe!). File transfer is simply drag and drop and it takes a little getting used to with controls for x-ing out of a program being on the opposite side of the screen. Setup is super easy. With everything considered and after upgrading to 32gb this thing rocks!

This is a beautiful computer. The monitor is awesome in size and clarity. The speed is so much better than my previous desktop. Very user friendly - love it!

It is a steep learning curve from PC to Mac but I am very happy so far and seems to be working great. No issues. The iMac is really nice because things just work. No drivers to install for a printer, etc. and the camera for FaceTime is great too. Highly recommended.

I just purchased this computer and I am already in love. Its super fast. I also love how big the screen is! Easy and fast setup which is very convenient!

Purchase this computer to run a powerful multimedia software in our church. The display is sharp and large enough for multiple windows as well as the speed. No problems with hesitation playing video and worship loops. Loads Bible verses and songs with motion background very fast. Also has the option for connecting a second display if needed. I would highly recommend this computer if you are running multimedia software in your church. We are enjoying this computer.

Switching from a Windows desktop to the iMac was easier than I anticipated. The setup instructions were clear and much faster and easier than the last Windows computer I set up. The screen resolution and speed are fantastic! I purchased the 3 year Apple Support service, and the couple of questions I had regarding my email account, and the differences using the email on Mac, were answered quickly and professionally via screen shares by the support reps., and no waiting time for the call to Apple Support. All in all, I am extremely happy with my iMac.

I bought this to replace my original Intel iMac which lasted 9 years. Screen is large and retina display is awesome. Easy conversion to my new iMac from the old one. External Superdrive is necessary because it doesn't have an internal one is the only drawback.

My kids are actually fighting over the Mac to do homework! Screen display is second to none. No real wait time for booting up the machine, like a tablet. Everything made my apple is worth the price.

Our good friends recommended that we get an Apple computer and now we love it. We see now what we were missing. With all the wonderful features and graphics it's going to be helpful tool for our business.. Thank you and keep up the great work that you do.

I returned this computer with the intention of upgrading to the model with a fusion drive. When I took it to customer service to exchange I was told that I wasn't allowed to return anything more for one year. I previously returned a computer in June of 2015. No explanation from the customer service person only an 800 number to call. Needless to say that I didn't go ahead with the exchange but took the refund and purchased elsewhere. Associates need to be better informed about Best Buy's return policy before they tell customers that returns can be made. Best Buy just lost a customer. Product gets 5 stars but Best Buy dropped the ball. They have no interest in customer satisfaction.

Pretty impressed by the service of the employee who helped me make my purchase. Knowledgeable and very friendly. The product itself the iMac has been amazing as well. Starts up and does everything quick. Very happy with the product!

Very sleek looking apple all in one computer, the color was excellent (5k) and it was fast to upload, download or transfer video. This is my first apple computer that I owned and I like it very much. I would recommend to anyone.

The display is awesome. The colors are vivid and incredibly rich. The large screen allows me to easily view several doc's at once (I use this Mac for work). Of course it's a Mac and by that I mean easy to use, intuitive, well designed etc.

Being that I have Apple everything else I thought it was time to step up to an iMac. My iPads and iPhones sync easily. Screen resolution is unbelievable!!! I bought it on sale on Black Friday so the discount helped seal the deal!!!
