Screen is crispy. Everything is vibrant and clear. Definitely consider upgrading the RAM though, 8GB gets used up quick!

I purchased this iMac for software development and the best part about it is the display. It came with 8GB of ram and I purchased an additional 8GB to upgrade. The upgrade process was easy.

I am extremely happy with my purchase. Unfortunately, it was destroyed in a commercial fire. I hope to own another one. It is well worth the money!

I really like the 5k display and the operation of the computer overall. My only complaint is that the standard HDD is slow and really hinders the rest of this fantastic machine. I voided my Apple Care / Warranty by opening it and replacing the HDD with a Samsung 850 Pro SSD and I have never been happier. For the money Apple charges, an SSD should be standard. I upgraded my memory to 32GB and my system is "smoking".

Best computer and screen ever! The clarity is amazing!

This is my first MAC - my husband has always insisted that we be a PC house. I have now convinced him by buying this MAC that they are no so bad!

I purchased this iMac and the first day, it wouldn't shut down. I had to force to shut it down. I rebooted right after I shut it down to make sure everything was fine, it booted fine. The third day I bought it, when I powered the computer up the screen started to flash white lines throughout the whole screen before it finally booted. A week later the computer wouldn't shut down again. I was able to stop background services that were preventing the computer from shutting down and I was able to shut down. In another occasion, I shut down the computer and it looked like the computer shut down because the screen was black, but I could still see that the white light in the back of the screen was still on. Again, I had to force it turn OFF. The speed on the processor is not very fast as they say. Some times it takes forever to open folders that are less than 1GB in size. I currently have 5GB worth of my photos and music in this Mac but it acts if I'm reaching the limit of my 1TB storage limit. I paid over $2,000 for this iMac. Which I will be returning it this weekend, and I will go for a Lenovo or may the new Surface Pro. (I owned Levono's before and I know their quality is way better than this overprice iMac I bought). P.S. One star because of the design and the mouse.

Laptop Components Slapped on the back of a 27" Monitor!

Really bad product I used it around 5 years I was very carful bought even a electric backup so if I loss power or to ti r of properly. And of the suddenly logic board got fried and need to spend $600 to get it fix I had and hp for 10 yrs and still works so I’ll never buy any apple product
