I have been a fan of Mac computers since 2011. This 27" iMac with Retina 5K display is wonderful...easy to use, fast and very clear! I have always found that when updates are available they are easy to update on the iMacs! Apps and programs are easy and fast to install too! Thanks Apple for this great product!

I ordered an iMac from Apple and it got lost in the mail. I ended up waiting 3 WEEKS until the issues got resolved. I then skeptically ordered from BestBuy and I got it in 3 DAYS. AND I got notification about my package very frequently so it assured me my product was okay and on its way to me. Thanks!

Replaced my Mid 2011 27' iMac with a 2019 27' iMac

Everything ran great, only thing is that within the 3rd day I purchased it, the internal fan was spinning loudly at one point

Our other iMac was 7 years old and we were ready for the newer iMAC 27" with a faster CPU and larger hard drive. The transfer of the data was fast using iCloud. The Best Buy employee was helpful in the store locating the last 1 remaining in stock.

Had a very easy time picking up the iMac from Bestbuy but after restoring from my old iMac and configuring the new one noted the headphone jack was not working. Spent a couple hours on the phone with Apple support who finally told me it needed hardware repair. At this point with the corona thing going on I couldn't bring it to an Apple store for factory repair. Apple suggested i return it to Bestbuy and get another one! Way too much effort to do that for a minor problem. Im just hoping that I can get it in for repair within the 90day factory warranty. period.

Recently my idiot friend got drunk and fell on my laptop. Cracked the sucker right in half. I decided to upgrade to a desktop, knew which one I wanted, and knew Best Buy was the place to get it. And it was. In and out in fifteen minutes with exactly what I wanted.

Bought my new iMac in-store and was super pleased with the excellent customer support we received. Every time we shop in-store we have a pleasant and well-informed visit, prefer this over online shopping. My iMac was everything and more than I expected!

Cadillac of the Apple line. This was the easiest electronic I have ever set up. Up and running in minutes. I even Bluetooth transferred files from my HP laptop. Apple products are a breeze to set up.

I have been an avid iMac user for many years. I recently upgraded to this new iMac since my old 2013 iMac just slowed down and became really difficult to use for everyday teaching. This iMac is amazing and doesn't disappoint!!

I like apple products. Easy to use. I know Microsoft doesn’t come with it, but I do need that for work, only flaw to buy separately

I upgraded from the 2013 model and knew it would be nice, but it actually turned out to be awesome! It's a bit pricey, but expect it will last for many years as my last one has.
