The computer works well, 2nd Mac. My issue was with packaging. The Best Buy label had the wrong computer listed on the outside. The computer was correct in the box

The display is excellent and the speed is very fast. Really like the rechargeable keyboard mouse and touchpad; much better than replacing batteries. My only problem is only 8GB of memory. Need to upgrade that for editing videos.

Excellent computer with awesome display. Very easy integration from prior IMac which worked great at 8 years old. Look forward to another 8 years out of this one.

I don't know why I didn't get one sooner. Got a great deal at Best Buy. A very knowledgeable sales person. Set up took a couple days. Well worth it.

great computer ...still learning about it but wish I would have been able to shop and speak to someone to make sure I got a computer that fit my needs

Overall this is a powerful computer. But a few months in to using it I noticed that apps crash quite often, much like they do on smartphones. After paying $2500 for a desktop that is the last thing I would want to worry about. I wish I could return to Apple of the Store but it is too late.

I am a loyal Best Buy customer. I have purchased and installed several major electronics in our home. Your Geek Squad guys do a great job too.

As stated, I am new to Mac, but thus far I am pleased with the computer performance. Issues that I do have include poor speaker quality and getting my programs correctly configured for Apple. Have had to call support, which was very helpful, but my comfort level is a 7 of 10.

I love my iMac. It's very easy to use, super fast, excellent graphics, and nice crisp sound. since I started teleworking, it's been a godsend!

What can I say. It is a Mac. 2tb of space which is great. i5 is ok but not bad for a Mac. 8gb of ram is a little low but it gets the job done.

I’ve been buying iMacs since they “came in colors”. They keep getting better. Very happy Best Buy came through during this pandemic!

Easy to install and easy to use. Coming from a windows environment, copying data from my old PC to the Mac was easy and painless

I had my previous one for 9 years. This is my second one and it is in my opinion the best desk top ever! Little Pricey but worth it.

Updated my older iMac with this years model, you can never go wrong with Apple, plus Best Buy was having one heck of a sale.
