This is my first Apple product and it's taking me some time to get up to speed on the operating system. The local Apple stores conduct free classes on various topics which I found beneficial. The included data migration program for transferring files and other data from my old PC mostly worked but there was just enough that didn't move over that I needed to spend a lot of time checking for what didn't. Only two of my approximately 100 contacts transferred which required me having to recreate the rest from scratch. The included keyboard doesn't have the number pad, which I use regularly, so I had to purchase one that did. I also recommend buying a remote hub so that you don't need to reach around behind the monitor every time you need access a usb port. Other than these minor issues, I'm happy with the Mac.

The Mac is performing admirably and I love the 27"

As our mac desktop was about 10 years old, we decided to order a new mac desktop computer. In reviewing different models, I had chosen one that was pricier than this one as I believed my hubby would be using it for work. He suggested this iMac as he would use the old mac for work. Yes!!!!! I love this iMac, and I even like the shorter/wireless keyboard and the wireless mouse. I know Apple products are top notch; that is why they cost so much more than pc's, laptops, etc. But, they are so worth it. And, Best Buy delivered this to us within 2 days of ordering.

The 5k iMac is definitely a more pro product. I use it for video editing and most of my design projects and this machine is a beast! It can handle all of these tasks and more at the same time.

Fast processing computer, Touch screen is a nice bonus with sleek design.

I am new to the Apple desktop family so everything is different. I love the crisp color and the speed is great! I am in need of tutoring and Apple offers free classes at the store. I am in Love!

I've used older versions before and this is definitely better. I love how great everything runs. The display is awesome. I made the right choice. Also glad it came with antivirus software.

Mac is a little hard to figure out when you aren't used to it, but I love my computer. Love, love, love, love, love!! The 27inch screen is beautiful!

I have a older 24 inch model from 2007 and i loved it, but the newRetina 5K display is unbelievable, so crisp and bright. A must have for all using it for more than word processing...Got to love it!

I do a lot of work with photos and because I use my phone so much I needed the extra space. Photoshop, iMovie everything works so well and I can SEE IT ALL so clear!!!! Its my mini tv too ;)

yes very pleased for the purchase I made that day. I had other hp options but this is so far working for me. my whole family is currently using the computer and they are all very pleased.

I'm apple driven own the iphone, ipad, macbook, decided to get the iMac best decision ever. would never go back. it's different than my other desk top, but a good difference. Apple all the way!

Simply has a beautiful resolution, and made it essay to transfer files from my pc to the new computer. It is plenty fast enough to accomplish most mid-level CPU demands with no delay.

Only wish the screen was bigger, but such crisp picture quality! Wish the iskin keyboard cover was a part of the package. Still waiting for the right fitted updated iskin cover to be available

A very large screen was is of high value to me. Apple has provided a great platform with which to work, play , or whatever on chooses to do. We have become an apple family with this purchase.

I do a lot of graphic design & photography work on my computer. The display and power on this is beyond amazing! The rechargeable wireless keyboard and mouse are a bonus. Absolutely love it!

The iMac is by far the best desktop for Apple users :) If you're contemplating whether or not to make the switch from pc to Mac then you should know, once you go Mac you never go back.

Love this computer! Wanted an iMac for awhile and finally bit the bullet. No doubt way more computer than I'll ever use but serves my needs perfectly. I'm thrilled with the ease of use!

Had thought about getting this computer for a long time and wish I hadn't waited so long! Lightning fast with great features! A must have for any Mac fan! Will surely own one from now on.
