I couldn't be happier with my new IMac. It's everything and more than I expected. Love the 27" monitor. The clarity is outstanding and I also like the ability to call Apple's Help Line any time I have a question. The Techs there have stepped up to help with any problem I've had and gone over and above to help me solve them. My new IMac replaced an older model computer and I finally feel like I've stepped out of the dark ages! Thank you Apple!

I recently decided to purchase an iMac after selling my MacBook Pro to better my photo editing skills on a larger screen and faster computer. I love the machine it is very fast and super clarity on screen. I only just decided i want to add more ram so i found a few sources online that sell an upgrade kit for the computer. I will add more detail after using more.

This is my 2nd iMac, as my first one finally died after 6 years of constant use. This one is much faster and just as easy to use. My only slight issue is that the 5K screen is not a huge improvement over my old iMac, but perhaps I was just looking for perfection.

I love the iMac. Have had three or four. They lasted me at least 5 years each and my last one was 6 years plus and still running, but slowing down. I bought my first large screen (27") because it;s the only model that allows one to add ram without needing an apple technician... it's very simple to do. Only problem with the new iMacs is that the 8GB of ram installed by the factory is barely enough and in 5 years it will probably barely run.

You can do it all with this desktop. I mainly got it for the addition of GarageBand so that I could record my groups music but I have used it for so many other projects. It’s just an amazing computer. The only downside is if you were like me, I was fairly new to Apple so little by little all of my products are becoming Apple because connectivity is a hassle with Android. But simply I love it and recommend it to anyone

I recently switched from a regular laptop to iMac 27 inch all in one. This is something I would recommend.

Never owned an apple before... always had windows etc. this has far been the easiest transition.

The screen is very big and very comfortable on the eyes. Simple to use and tons of storage. Love it!

Great machine, Love the 5K display. Also, the rechargeable mouse and keyboard are a good feature.

This thing is a screamer! Performance is amazing and that display is utterly gorgeous. The size of the display permits for multi tasking as you’re able to have multiple apps in view at the same time. So glad I sprung for the 27” model! I’ve owned iPhones and iPads for a few years now but was hesitant to buy a Mac, thinking it would be difficult to learn, but it’s just as simple to use as my iPhone and iPad. Highly impressed!

I was tired of PCs. When my laptop hard drive crashed, rendering me without a computer. I knew I would be getting a Mac. Originally, I wanted a MacBook but settled on a great deal at Best Buy to get the iMac. I couldn't be happier. It is a great machine. Simple to navigate. Easy to customize. And Microsoft isn't controlling any of my decisions with it.

The only thing I don't like about this computer was the lack of a disc drive. There is no disk drive. I purchased a BD/DVD/CD USB drive for around 100 dollars on amazon to go with the computer. The monitor on this 27" Imac is really incredible, functions on the computer are easy to use and very clean. I have used windows computers for 20 years this was my first Apple computer, do not plan on ever going back to windows after buying this computer.
