I purchased apples Mac 27 inch desktop it kept crashing on my 4th service return I was given another new computer and so far my daughter and I are satisfied. Bestbuy did the right thing.

I finally took the plunge and took a bite of the Apple and I'm never going back to PC. This iMac runs smoother than any PC desktop or laptop i've ever owned. I't been about 2 years now and I'm ready for my next upgrade even though I don't need it.

Been wanting to upgrade my desktop for a while. I have an iphone and ipad, so logically, getting an apple desktop was the next step. Best decision ever. IOS is great, interface with my ipad and iphone is really seamless. The 5K monitor is also great! Would definitely recommend!!

This is my first imac, took a little getting used too. Easy hook up, easy connect. Only down side so far is, some websites have extremely slow typing.

I was in between getting the 27" or the 21". If you can't decided I highly recommend getting the 27"! If you think size is an issue I promise it isn't! You get used to the screen and will enjoy the ability to have many windows open and viewing them all at one time.

The iMac works well but it's unfortunately overpriced. If you can live with out the brand name you may be able to do better for less.

My family and I love this computer. We originally purchased the 21.5" screen with the slower processor. Spend the extra money the 27" is so much faster. It's worth every penny. Pluse the 27" is upgrade able.

This is a great system. Bought it for my Wife, to replace her non-retina iMac. She loves it ! I wish the sales person had told me about the larger fusion drive. Seems it has about 4 or 5 times larger sad. Overall, this is a wonderful computer and I highly recommend it.

I was so excited to upgrade from my 2011 iMac model for work. Working in an office setting, I need something that is fast, reliable and maybe even save a little space! This computer is fast, sleek, and the screen quality is fantastic! I highly recommend!

I'm still not used to it being a long time PC user, there are certain things that I'm having a hart time with. The browser, the home page that won't stay even after I followed the instructions, the magic mouse, it isn't as fast as people say it is, certainly not faster then my old PC, items from the tray don't load fast (they bounce around before loading) but I feel compelled to continue to give it a try (it's been a month now)

Used to be a Microsoft lifer. Looking for a good AIO with 27" display. After a bit of hesitation bought the imac 27". Now, i realize why people become apple crazy. Simply flawless and stands like Zibraltar. Display is picture perfect. Made the right decision

Apple rarely discounts their computers. Best Buy has good prices, but getting this as a "refurb" deal made it a great deal. The computer has worked like new out of the box, and there have been no problems. Excellent value on a fine computer.

Our family has diverse interests, hobbies, and professional goals. We chose the Apple 27 IMac because it is versatile and user friendly enough to fit everyone's needs. The only frustration we have encountered is figuring out whose turn it is to use it.

I was just splurging on the extra bells and whistles of this product, but I haven't even gotten into the depths of this product yet and I'm so in love. I was also planning on being in love with this product, but hey at least they didn't disappoint.

I love my apple desktop.I have been an HP owner forever. I decided to purchase the apple desktop because my co worker told me Apple doesn't have a lot of viruses. Never did i imagine i would love the system so much. I will never buy any other brand!

My first Mac after using a PC for almost 30 years and still working on my learning curve. I find that Apple is somewhat limiting on what can be done, but I am sure it will workout just fine for me. Maybe after a year I could provide better information.

The set up for my new iMac was easy and quick. The Best Buy employee assisted me in purchasing a cable to transfer all my data from my old Dell desktop to the new iMac. I am happy to say all my pictures, videos and music have now been transferred over.

This Apple computer is awesome and an excellent value at the price point. We use it for almost every thing we previously used a windows pic for. As we upgrade our software we will continue to switch to apple products and compatible software.

The 27" screen is awesome and the performance is lightening fast. A little adjustment to learn Mac from Windows. No tower is convenient and the key board is small and easy to store. Very little worry about Viruses. All programs have worked flawlessly.

I purchased a store model, so I had some issues with it at first since the demo software was still on when I brought it home and thus would not keep anything I had saved after logging out and back in. I had purchased Apple Care, so I was able to go in and have the issue resolved. It's not the fastest computer, but for the store model price I was satisfied. I am comparing it to my MacBook Pro though, but the purpose of me getting this was for my kids to be able to use it -- and it serves that purpose.
