It's not as easy as everyone says to download old photos and files onto the new apple, nor is it simple to save everything to a cloud.

This device is very different from a Personal computer. It is really quite an adjustment. While the screen is very clear and the resolution is wonderful, the text is small and I have not figured out how to make it larger for greater accessibility. The keyboard is nice and compact, but the keys are difficult to identify in less than optimal light. It would be nice if the keys lit up for greater visibility and distinction.

I really love this iMac!! The only problem I have is the keyboard doesn't have the number pad.

My 12-year-old Dell works better than the overly complex iMac. I can't get the Apple to perform some basic functions. I regret buying it.

The I mac was as expected but it was easy to miss that best Buy was not honoring my aashopping page miles for Apple products

Great computer, should have gotten all SSD HD. It's a beast but needs the SSD to keep up with my 2016 MacBook loading apps etc.

This is my first Mac. I love the video quality, speed, and connectivity with all my devices. Wish it was touch screen

Purchased computer in a Best Buy store. I shopped around before settling on the iMac felt it was a good buy and great product.

Upgraded from a previous IMac. Nice computer, fast with fantastic graphics/picture. Could use a couple more USB ports.

It is a very nice computer. However, if you are not used to working with a mac then it takes a lot of getting used to!!

This was a present for my wife and she loved it! Also purchased the external drive, which works perfect with imac.

5k retina is awe inspiring. Need to upgrade memory; don't miss the CD drive at all. Overall, definitely recommend

I blame myself for not being patient and buying the unit with the solid state HDD. this model lacks the power and video performance to adequately handle 1080 video at full screen size, and the graphics can't rasterize properly for Adobe Photoshop. Do yourself a favor and buy the one with the SSD.

This is the first Apple computer I have used. I find it way overpriced and difficult to use. It should have included a manual to tell you how to operate this computer. I personally wished I had stayed with the HP brand, same size computer would have been less than half price and easy to operate.

Thrilled to finally have a mac computer......but so different than the pc I had. A new learning curve.

After struggling with a new windows based computer for nearly a month I finally returned it and bought this 27 iMac. Even though it only comes with an I5 processor this computer runs excellent and is very fast. Being my 1st Apple computer and with no prior apple experience I was able to move all my photos, quickbooks data, Office data, and all my documents with little effort. I did have to buy the Mac versions for Quickbooks and also Office but a very small price to pay for the way this computer runs. It is just superb. Bought it at Best Buy at a good price. The only thing I had trouble with coming from a windows computer was transferring my music files which were in a .wma format so I just bought a few albums from ITUNES rather than struggle with a 3rd party app trying to reconfigure the music files. This computer is such a joy to use without any issues. Doubt that I will ever go back to a Windows based computer. It exceeded my expectations and after a few short days I now feel very comfortable running iMAC. More than pleased with my purchase. I wish I would have made the switch to Apple years ago.

Got this for my wife's hobby of photography. Great for editing.

Love the retina display, but a few bugs, which the tech Support are always willing to help.
