Hated it

When Apple made the decision to do away with the optical drive it killed me as a customer. Owner of a small business that makes DVDs for people and they killed me. I tried bought external drive and all but never could get what I wanted. Went back to PC and don't regret the move.

Not intuitive

I disagree. It is not intuitive for a PC user. I wish I had asked or been offered a tutorial on general use of my new iMac. I am still struggling with basic things like transferring, saving and organizing photos.
