The monitor is too big and takes up to much space.

First time buying an apple computer and very satisfied.

I like my Imac computer. I sure am lucky to have one.

Got dust in the screen out the box...didnt realize it until i turned the computer off and saw it when the screen was off. I also notice this week that a led light blew out on the Retina screen. Kinda wondering if this is a regular issue with this brand model

Bought the new iMac great product but the stand is horrible. Tried to find a safety strap for it but no luck and after only a week the cat knocked it over and cracked the screen $1000 repair. Not covered in apple protection.

Unless your reall into high definition and think you can see it, dont go for the extra cost. Limits the size of the print your viewing and to adjust it you loss the high end of the resolution you paid for.

Just bough a new 27 Imac retina and started working fine until updated then everything started acting crazy as specia email . Apple is very expensive and product is not the quality you expect.

I've never owned an all-in-one computer before and anytime someone suggests that I purchase one, I instantly responded by telling them why having a traditional tower desktop is much better (many reasons but one of them is the ability to make easy repairs to the hardware). I purchased a 2012 Macbook Pro for college three year ago and I have been very satisfied with it. After observing how well the iMacs have been received by the public, I decided that my first "AIO" computer would be an iMac. Originally I wanted to purchase the 21.5'' 4K model but I ultimately landed on the 27'' model for a few reasons. The first being that the 27'' model has a 5K resolution screen to it, making it one of the most impressive devices when it comes to picture quality. Secondly, the 27'' model is the only Apple all-in-one device that allows users to add more RAM. Mine came with 8GB and is expandable up to 32GB. This will come in handy for future projects that I will be using it for. Finally, the last feature that made me choose the 27'' was the fusion drive. While you can custom order one from Apple that's in the 21.5'' size with a fusion drive, you will find that you will only be about $100-$200 shy of the 27'', making the 5K resolution and screen size the only difference between the two different models. Using all of this, I can easily justify my actions for jumping up to the 27'' iMac with the 1TB fusion drive and 5K screen. If anyone is looking for a good stationary computer that will last them a long time as well as deliver a powerful experience, I would highly recommend that they consider this computer. It may leave a bit of a hole in your wallet, but the computer is well worth it.

This computer was Hard to operate when use to Windows. There was no users manual. Everything I learned was by YouTubing videos and Google.

SD,USB ports etc are hard to access due to them being on the back of monitor, would like to see them in a location with easier access.

Wife doest know the mac and doesn't use same programs as pc. Needed this computer for taxes. It's now not even plugged in.

I had to take the item into the Apple store because it did not work when I took it home from the store.

Feels slow with fusion drive,looks good. But at the price i would rather get the new macbook pro.

Attempted to switch to a Mac after talking to a BBY employee about compatibility for certain software. Attempted to use recommended software but the Apple version was substandard

Bought this for movie editing but it hangs occasionally just like the $300 Toshiba Windows laptop I used before with moviemaker.

Having issue with updates loading.and error messages indicating there is no more storage for apps. No apps have been loaded except for the apps that can loaded on the computer .

Upon purchasing this computer, I was informed the computer itself had enough RAM & Memory to operate smoothly. Once I got home and downloaded my Virtual machines, It started to lag and freeze. The bluetooth mouse / keyboard often disconnect while using. I'm only using 35 GB of space, nothing was downloaded and/or installed on the computer. Don't buy unless you're just using it for internet surfing. Waste of $1500.
