It is amazing how this thin shiny and beautiful looking device ,makes me happy. I did some research on the iMac before buying. Years back, I owned a 21" Mac and was not too happy with the speed, this one has a fusion drive, making it fast enough not to miss my PC with SSD. You do not hear this device as it is running at all. I don't play games, but the graphics card in it would be fast enough for it. I looked how much a 27" 5k screen would be, about $1k at the time of searching. The i5 that is used, the graphics and the amount of RAM make this a not too expensive machine. (expensive, but not totally exceeding the value of its parts) I do not miss my PC, am happy to be able to develop some small stuff in Xcode and push it to my phone. Terminal is like PowerShell on crack due to all the pre-installed cli tools. Have fun and enjoy this beautifully made piece of marvel.

This is my third apple computer and didn't need another but i couldn't resist the super crispy 5k screen. works well and is on par with my i7 15"mbp wish it had a full ssd but the boot is quick

Not bad for an overpriced Apple product. Obviously, one could build a much better computer at a much cheaper price but, let's face it, people just love the name brand and the style. So pretty good gift even if it goes against a lot that you stand for.

At first I walked in to my local Bet Buy and was going to purchase the cheaper version of this iMac, maybe $300 less. But after the sales associate showed me the difference between the cheaper one and this one I was impressed with the speed and the bigger screen. The big plus is that I received and iPad for free when I purchased the computer. It was a little weird going from an HP computer to an iMac but after a day or two I go the hang of the operating system. I would highly recommend spending the extra money to get the bigger screen and faster processor.

I have owned a PC my entire life and was worried about making the switch to MAC, I went back and forth and finally took the leap and I am so happy I did. The detail is amazing, it is so fast and definitely worth the investment.

The 5k display is simply the most beautiful display I've ever seen in a computer. Upgrading from a late 2009 27" iMac which has served me so well for 6+ years, I expect this machine to last me just as long. The fusion drive combines a large capacity with the speed and responsiveness of an SSD. The new keyboard and mouse are quite nice as well, not having to change AA batteries is going to be nice. And it goes without saying that OS X is amazing!

This is my second iMac The 27 inch replaced a 21.5 inch iMac. I could not be happier with 27 inch iMac, the display is unbelievable crystal clear. I have always bought products from Apple stores, I was very pleased with the process at Best Buy.

This is my third mac. They continue to get better and better. The display is big and beautiful. It's very fast. The fusion drive is amazing.

This computer comes with a beautiful 5k display, and the large screen is plenty for almost any application. It might be worth it to upgrade to the all solid state hard drive instead of keeping the fusion drive as it can be slow at times.

This computer has a mammoth screen which is great for photo work, etc. There are no or few wire connections to get tangled into a big mess. I like the wireless keyboard and mouse.

I enjoy everything about this computer. The screen color and size is beautiful. I have many other apple product, my the computer I had was an HP and this one makes an HP look like outdated technology. I'm an extremely happy buyer :)

Easy to set up and has definitely made working from home more enjoyable. The screen is big and beautiful, crisp image. It's large enough to have 2 windows up for multitasking. Nothing bad to say, worth every penny!

I had the model before this one and it worked fine .. Until it died THANKS to the smart and helpful people at Best BUY I had purchased the warranty and lucky it was covered . I purchased this machine and can't be happier . I have order the extra RAM and installed myself ..easier than expected and the difference and speed gains is amazing ALWAYS get warranties at BB they back their word.. WOULD like to commend Billy at the AVENTURA store .. great representative for BB and patient with all concerns

there is a slight learning curve going from a PC to a Mac but it is work it. less equipment to clutter the desk or under the desk and the ease of how it all works. I would change slowly but surely to Macs

The size of the display makes it easy to have to windows open next to each other on the screen. Since buying this computer, I have yet to use my second monitor because the display on this computer is more than sufficient. The speed of the computer is amazing. The display quality is phenomenal. I went from a PC to Apple, so it does take some time to get used to the different OS. Overall, I love my computer.

Bought it for wife for Christmas to replace our old PC. She absolutely loves it. Screen is super clean and crisp and is fast loading up programs. I would recommend purchasing this computer. You won't be disappointed.

I had been looking into getting an iMac to replace our aging Windows desktop. Got a great deal with $300 after thanksgiving 2015 at Best Buy. Apple products very rarely go on discounts. As always - a great Apple product with a 5K display. Very satisfied. If you are looking for Apple Care for the Mac's - I suggest to shop online. You can get original Apple Care from third party dealer online for much less than the Apple List price.

I wasn't sure about getting the IMac as center piece of my home studio, but I'm very happy with it my vts run flawless on it and it powerful enough to to handle the heavy work load that old windows couldn't handle

The screen is exquisite. You have the best of all worlds with this desktop. The simplicity and safety of a Mac with the added bonus of rich, clear graphics. Great for streaming, Apple TV etc...

I have been a pc user forever...I decided to switch it up and covert to Mac. Was a little nervous due to the fact that I am using for business. The conversion has been challenging, however so worth it. The more I us it the more I enjoy it. Prior to purchasing I had decided the 21 inch was what I was getting.When I walked in and saw the 27 inch...game over. I knew that 27 inch was what I would be getting. 1tb fusion drive was a suggestion by the Apple rep in store. Love it
